Beautiful outfits. I've bought two. The only thing I would like to comment on is the packaging, they are heavily embroidered and have delicate beads/diamantés so the packaging should be better to protect the outfit from pulling/getting stuck on them which they were when I opened it, but I carefully detached them. Thank you for the fast and excellent service.

I ordered a suit and was disappointed with the stitching , threads were hanging loose and even had a small hole in one place . The diamanté’s are glued on and were falling out. Returned immediately to be told the cloth is pulled in places -£10 on refund! .£ 6 something return delivery . £16 down the drain dealing with this rubbish service.Not a great experience.

This is not the first time I have worn chiffon , the pulls were made by the cheap diamanté’s attached and pulled its own material.Hence why I didn’t want to keep it. Also pictures dont show a gold organza half back which is a bit deceiving.
Regarding comment about not mentioning this earlier in the refund process . I read a few reviews which made me feel I could not mention this as I would be made to feel it would be my mistake and not get a refund at all.
Returning any item I buy is a very last resort of mine . I just tend to keep them or give them away .

The outfits are incredibly beautiful!
The designs are unique and elegant.

As far as delivery is concerned, the outfits are carefully packaged and on the whole quite fast.

Moreover, if we need information or have a question, we get a very quick answer. Very good communication

I love all the designs and the service is the best I have ever received.

I love the shades that I bought... they look really flattering... I'm quite picky when it comes to sunglasses because I like them big but not too big and then not too small etc etc and I'm so happy these are just right... bring on the summer... I hope we have one otherwise like I said to Jasmine Jasmin when I ordered these if not I'll just wear them and sit infront of my window and make use of them like that lol... do purchase them if they're not out of stock already.

I received my hair turbie a few weeks ago and I have just been amazed, I am obsessed with it, since using it I have also noticed that my hair loss when showering has massively decreased and my hair dries a lot quicker with it!
Also my family all want one now too!

I have never came across a brand with this much excellent customer service. I ordered my abayah for a very special occasion and it came the next day! I didn’t even select next day delivery but the lovely woman went out of her way to post it for me as I needed it urgently. Secondly the quality on the abayas I’m amazed. I mean I knew it was good quality I didn’t think the quality would be literally perfect and it was! So silky and the quality you have to see it to believe it. The best thing - totally in budget yet you’re still getting a piece of clothing which seems a lot more expensive. Will definitely be ordering a lot more from this company. I have always been hesitant with instagram companies but this is no joke - it needs so much more recognition! Thank-you girls for the amazing abayah and for making me feel so welcome and helping me. 🤍🤍🤍

Material is of poor quality considering the price of the garments.

The item that was my most recent purchase was the ‘Naala’. It’s a pretty outfit but unfortunately is not lined. This wasn’t mentioned in the description so I was not aware before making the purchase. My first purchase was the ‘Lida’. I would highly recommend the Lida outfit and was very happy with that! It’s got stunning detail and looks even better in person.

I’m a returning customer but not 100 percent sure if I’d buy again. I would however recommend but I’d just say ask any questions you have before buying eg sizing, lining etc. Before my first purchase I did ask and in all fairness they replied straight away and answered all my questions. So that maybe where I went wrong with the recent purchase. The design is very pretty and quality is very good so can not fault for that.

However it really should have be mentioned if a kameez or dress is unlined or transparent (whether partially or fully).

I did contact customer care regarding the Naala not been lined and was given the option to return at the expense of losing out on original postage costs and also having to cover return postage costs. I thought that this was unfair. It wasn’t worth it when I could buy the lining fabric for around the same price. The customer care advisor was polite and did offer a return. I’m now waiting till lockdown is fully over to go to another city to buy matching lining so I can get that stitched in. (Don’t have many Asian shops where I live hence why I buy online)

P.S. To make it clear, I genuinely don’t feel they meant to mislead with the description like how some of the disgraceful and dramatic reviews below make out. Just read some other reviews and to be clear, all the one star reviews are total nonsense.

Unclear product photos meant I purchased an item and was then told it’s non refundable (all I wanted was an exchange) and also non exchangeable. Product quality itself is also not great (thin cotton, definitely not soft lawn) Will not be repurchasing from Alila again
