I found Asad the most helpful person I have ever dealt with. He was very polite in dealing with me and also had incredible manners in the way he conducted himself.
He assisted me in every way possible.
Found dates which were more suitable for me and also a package was well within my budget. If anyone wants to go to Umrah I recommend you contact Asad at Al Islam Travels and you won’t be disappointed.

Just wanted to place a review for future customers thinking of using this agency for your umrah/Haij.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with a gentleman called savant from Alislam travels, who claimed he was based in Manchester, but dodged my question to where he was located at least 3 times , that when he finally said Manchester I found it hard to believe.
I was very close to booking my umrah with this company, even paid a unrefundable £50 fee.
Very pushy salesman, once you express interest they hound you via Watsapp to pay for the package.
Beware.

Your response is misleading and leaves out key facts. I have clear, documented proof that:
My package was changed without my consent, with prices altered after my deposit was paid.
Your own messages confirm the service fee was £5 per person — yet I was later told £200.
I was given fake ticket reservations, and now your agent cannot even confirm what package was originally offered.
I was pressured to remove my review in exchange for a possible refund.
I have screenshots, invoices, and full chat records for every claim. My review is not baseless — it is supported by hard evidence. Instead of dismissing my concerns, you should be addressing the serious misconduct by your agent.

Excellent customer service by Assad Malik. Assad is very dedicated to his role and provided me with lots of different options for Umrah.

Brother Jabran was brilliant. He made our trip to Saudi for Umrah so smooth. Any documents we needed, he got to us quickly — no chasing, no stress. He also booked us fantastic hotels and rooms; honestly, they were better than we expected and really lifted the whole experience.

The lovely Fiza Khan from Alislamtravels UK helped us organise our first Umrah package with patience and professionalism. She was answered all questions in a very respectful manner and made our booking experience a memorable one. May Allah swt give her and the agency lots of reward for doing such a lovely service.
