Alislam Travels UK 

I booked in June with this travel agent to perform umrah in memory of my 27 year old son who was killed in a car crash the day after he got engaged. I had specifically asked to stay in Bosphorous waqf al safi hotel as that where we had last stayed with my son before he died, only to turn up at the hotel to be told they had never booked the hotel and inside booked a cheaper hotel which was further away. The agent was Jabran, he didn’t even have the decency to tell me that I had to find out when I turned up at the hotel. We have come under such tragic circumstances only to be so disappointed. They have put us in As Safa Golden which is so much cheaper so have been scammed out of our money. This is the worst experience in my entire life. I will never be booking with Jabran and this travel agent agin and will be reporting them when I go back to the UK

Jabran has been incredibly helpful and explained everything that was needed.

For us, the trust started from the first call when brother jabraan identified another company trying to sell us a package which later revealed that hotel or company didnt exist.
Please do your research as so many good people have been scammed .
One family upto 17,000.
They will talk with mashallah and alhamdulillah but then the with be just subhanallah for them and innalillh for you.
Back to the review..... Allahdulillah from th3 first call he went out of his way to help us with everything. We went as 2 families.
My family with 2 children at the age of 8 and my colleague with his mrs, mother and a 1 year old.
Jabraan was polite, professional and thru the whole journey he would contact us asking if we needed anything at all and if the services were upto what was promised.
Pls be mindfull that the services from the hotels are out of his control so you cant blame him if they dont clean your room or give you a spare card . But that being said, alhamdulillah from his sode everything was spot on. I would highly recommend zowar international ( just for the breakfast 😋) and the location was good too. He included travels, visa, transportation at every stages and ziyarah at mecca and medinah. One advice, please take lanyards for your children as we experienced an incident and the lanyard really helped. Put your hotel card in it too and your saudi number.
That to aside.... the full experience was perfect and he delivered more than promised.

Our advisor at Al Islam Travels UK was Adan Yousaf, a nice young lady with great customer skills, she listened to our requirement tentatively and provided very good detailed December Umrah packages to suit our requirements, hotels, number of rooms and distance from the Masjid e Haram and Masjid e Nabvi. Even when the package did not suit us she attentively made re-arrangements to suit our requirements.
