They work with you and respond quickly. Easy to work with and this is about my 8th coin.

The artists don't take initiative so you'll have to tell them what you want specifically down to the smallest detail across multiple revisions but the end product meets expectations and the prices are extremely reasonable

So far so good, great communication. I am excited to see the end result next week.

The staff was extremely helpful, easy to communicate with, and the design artist was able to design exactly what we wanted. All of my interactions with the staff have been wonderful and positive.

I have been a customer since the late 1970’s. Previously I have enjoyed a positive relationship with the staff. I now suspect that relationship was based solely on my spending thousands of dollars on gold and silver coins.

I recently took 3 cases of embossed bitter bottles, embossed milk bottles and green canning jars to sell to All About Coins. I had heard the president of the Utah bottle club was there and called to be sure he was in expecting a fair price.

For the entire lot including Over 30 very clean bottles and one found to have a small chip he offered me $15. Yup and he held firm.

I had to consider my options. I have severe diabetic neuropathy in both feet. Because of the recent construction, I had to carry the bottles three blocks in the rain. This required me to take make three trips. He made me wait about 20 minutes before coming out to make his $15 offer. I knew this was a very poor price. However I also knew I was not going be able carry the three boxes back up my car because it would require 3 more trips in the rain.

I finally settled for about $30 in foreign coin. I will tell you the foreign coin section was low quality. But I picked the best I could.

If you are making a purchase from All About coin. I’m sure you will be treated well. Sell something expect nothing.

I will never do business with All About Coins again.

Our custom-made medals arrived today and they far exceeded our expectations. Our "designer" was amazing as we went back with multiple changes in the proof and assisted us in making it extra unique by adding the initials of our artist to the back of the medal. It is truly a legacy award that will survive for years!
