Their site literally said it covered by my insurance then after doing 1 appt they aggressively pushed for booking more appointments. There was no disclaimer about check with your insurance company to verify coverage. Just great news we accept your insurance.

2 mo later I was surprised to get an email that it was denied by my insurance and said I owe $150 for the 1 15min telehealth appt. If I listened to them I would've owed hundreds before I knew they lied about insurance coverage. That billing delay was clearly intentional to rack up a big bill

100% scam. It says you're visit is covered when you "verify insurance" then I got $156.00 visit fee charged to my credit card. I called and they only offered to convert that $156.00 charge into a monthly membership to have unlimited visits, but in order to have a visit worth it you have to have a $300 blood panel done or your just on the video call with a doctor talking about what ifs or stuff you could get off chatgbt. Now I have a subscription I didn't want and no way to cancel on the app. I emailed them and it takes 2+ days to get a response.

Such a great experience. I felt so comfortable during the appointment. She seemed very knowledgeable and in tune with how to address my health needs. Any apprehension I had about meeting with a RD were quickly appeased and I actually look forward to my appointments.

On my initial intake it said United Health was covered. Then two appointments and lab work (and over a month) later I received an email that my insurance wouldn’t cover Allara. I received two bills totaling $275. I wouldn’t have made appointments if I had known it wasn’t covered and waiting a month for the email to determine coverage (if I had even known that was occurring) would’ve eliminated the point of using Allara: that I could receive care faster than with my doctor.

This place is a scam. Sending me an invoice for $100 for a missed appointment after I told them my phone was acting up couldn’t download the app. Be aware, all they want is money can’t wait to complain to the BBB about this scamming place

I was happy to find Allara after years of trying to figure out what was going on with my hormones. The doctor and nutritionist listened, ordered the correct labs and worked together to make a treatment plan specifically for me. It was not only helpful but efficient. I’m so glad I found Allara and I am continuing to make progress with my team.

Ashley has been amazing. Not only is she helping with diet modifications but she is truly helping my mental health as well. She is always a bright shining face when we meet and she provides me with small realistic goals that are making a big impact on my life.

Originally felt pushed to the side and not heard about my symptoms but later on they reached out apologizing for the mis communication. Was able to get an appointment.

I absolutely love everyone I have seen through Allara. They are extremely professional and kind! Dr. Murthi is incredible if you need an endocrinologist. She listens, asks questions and then lets me ask mine and it never seems like we are rushed.

The provider I've seen has been very attentive and willing to listen to and work through my symptoms and concerns. This has been a relatively seamless experience, and I am so glad that Allara works with my insurance. Highly recommend giving this a try, especially as a woman with PCOS and likely in perimenopause, where other providers aren't as knowledgeable or willing to help.

Scam. They say they take insurance but bill it as a regular office visit. BEWARE if your plan is telehealth specific. The only way to talk to someone is to send a message and wait multiple days while they charge your card in the process.

My experience with Allara Health was very disappointing. I was initially told my insurance covered the appointment, so I proceeded with the visit. 2 weeks later, I was told I wasn’t covered and was responsible for paying out of pocket!! Looking at other reviews, it seems many people have had similar experiences with unexpected charges after being told they were covered. This feels like a concerning pattern and is very shady. I’ve never had this experience with dozens of other providers we’ve been to.

Allara was quick & easy to schedule. I was able to talk through my concerns and develop and action plan to improve my symptoms. I am excited to be able to have the care I need without being constrained to a physical doctors office hours and scheduling.

So far so good. First appt. ended with some lab work orders, was able to follow up with a registered dietician through the platform as well. Had my follow up last night and after going through the bloodwork results, I was given a care plan that took my needs and lifestyle into account, as well as referrals to the necessary specialists. I have a follow up with the dietician tomorrow and I'm excited to continue on this path with Allara and their excellent providers towards reaching my health goals
