The staff I dealt with were pleasant and helpful. However there are a couple of things that could be improved. Firstly, it's not very clear on the web site which items are in stock at which branch – I would have chosen a different item if I'd known. Secondly, if an item has to be delivered from another branch it would be helpful to receive an email when it arrives rather than having to ring the branch to find out.

I'm not a roofer and made a small order online. Quickly got phone calls to say the order was ready for collection from the Dulwich branch. Lovely salesperson sorted out the order politely, quickly and efficiently.

Thank you very much. The products I ordered came undamaged perfectly delivered on time the depot managed to send me the items the very next day which was very helpful and much appreciated.

The coping stones were advertised as dark grey
And were light grey
And I still haven’t received a refund
