In France bought a heat pump boiler which costs 1800 euros. The electronic card failed after 9 months. Ariston refused to even replace the part as they say the installer didn't fit the required anti-corrosion dielectric on the hot water outlet. Maybe he didn't but that is nothing to do with the card failure. The company is dishonest and these products are low quality junk. Most of the advertised functionality never worked anyway such as the timer for switching on. So I take a big hit and junk this new kit.

Any excuse not to continue our warranty, boiler is only 4 years old, would never purchase again, awful boiler and awful company to deal with!!! Avoid!

Dealt with my enquiry/problem efficiently. It was hard to get over that it was not the thermostat, but the clock within the boiler, probably because despite my boiler not being old, new ones no longer have that system, so the person I dealt with was probably not aware of such a boiler. Despite that the problem was resolved with the help of their approved Heating Engineering firm. The person I spoke to was very helpful and pleasant.

Very nice engineer when he phoned and let me know he was on his way, he was fixing a boiler that is in one of my rental properties so I was not there and the tenant has not contacted me ! So no need is good news.. well done..

5 (all day appointments)visits to fix a problem that took 90 mins to repair, plus 1 day they didn't show up at all. We had to get through to management on the phone as this was getting ridiculous. All the while a 91 year old had a leaking boiler to deal with.
Whats their slogan, Ariston goes on and on and on..... they're not kidding
I'd never use them again

Contacted Ariston regarding an issue with a newly installed boiler. They were very good in coming back to me promptly and arranging for a service partner to contact me for an inspection. Many thanks to Roberto and Gabriela for their prompt response and efficient reporting of this issue.

Prompt & pleasant receptionist when made the call.
Appointment arranged promptly with an engineer to visit & attend at a convenient time.
Pleasant & knowledgeable engineer provided sincere service and explained what was the probable cause of the problem. The engineer carried with him adequate spare parts to replace the defective part.
The only deficiency was no follow up calls to see if the problem is resolved completely satisfactorily or partially resolved or persists. In my case part of the issue is not resolved.

Various hassles and unpleasant Customer Services on regular occasions is enough to explain everything. Finding ways to wash your hands from responsibilities and causing stress is beyond inhuman behaviour. Please read the emails and that will explain everything to you. Hope you will learn something.
