The order in question was not shipped because we could not verify your identity. Both the address and phone number entered for the order, did not match what is on record for your credit card. We requested further verification via email but never received a response. The funds were never captured and the funds hold was released weeks ago. I was disappointed that I was left in the dark with out any communication about my order for over a week. I had to call to find out what was going on with my order. Once I called they were very helpful. They just need more information communicated besides just your order has been made.

All Vet was able to provide medication that I couldn't find elsewhere at an incredibly reasonable price. The item was shipped out quickly and I received my order within a week of purchase. I will use them whenever possible in the future.

There was a system error which produced an incorrect address on the shipping label. The order was returned to us and we already shipped you the order again addressed to the correct address.

This was an international order that was rejected by customs. It was now returned to us and we will issue a credit for the product cost. Please remember that our policy states that it is the responsibility of the customer to make sure the ordered items are allowed into their respective countries.

I made a second order for the same product ALLVET-80879, It was all good, I got my product and I'm happy with that.

The international order was apparently disposed of due to the inability for UPS to reach you for delivery. The issue began because the customer forgot to add the apartment number on the order. Customer u corrected this UPS directly but apparently there was some other issue. Our policy states that we can only refund an order if the product is returned.
