This is an international order. Apparently there was a customs issue and the product was not allowed into your country. It was just returned back to us and we are in the process of issuing a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot control delays and rejections caused by your countries custom department.

Your order is an international order. There appears to be a customs issue. We have sent extra paper work to UPS in you country to try and clear the order.

Although not all vet supplies fault l did not receive my package as Australian customs destroyed the package due to missing paperwork UPS was not helpful at all full of lies their emails stated they contacted AVS they didn't,would be great if there was a caution when adding to cart instead of having to look in shipping conditions to see if paperwork is needed for overseas shipping l lost $160 AUD

You are correct that UPS never contacted us. If they would have, we would have sent them whatever document was needed.
