Alpha Protect Ltd Bewertungen

We regularly use Alpha Protect Ltd for our security provision, and their communication is always clear, adaptable, and highly professional. Pre‑event planning and discussions are completed in good time, ensuring smooth coordination across all departments. The team consistently puts in the work both on and off the ground, tailoring their operations around the stadium and its specific needs. Their reliability and commitment make them a trusted partner for our events.

I have worked with Luke and the team for over 3 years now in both stadium safety and event security/safety settings.

Luke is a consummate professional, focussed on client needs, adaptability and providing the best possible experience for me as the safety/security lead and for customers.

His staff are always polite, courteous and very good at conflict management without ever escalating to physical conflict. On the odd occasion a customer is uncooperative - the response is always proportional, efficient and well reported/documented.

They are truly one of a kind in the South West of England and I would not consider using another provider. Genuinely exceptional.

Happy to provide a glowing reference and examples to anyone wanting reassurance.

great people to work with & always listens to people’s needs

We’ve worked with Alpha Protect for many events now across multiple years. They’re absolutely fantastic and always extremely professional. They will go above and beyond for you and they never fail to amaze us with how much they do to ensure our event runs smoothly. We had some issues at our most recent event and the Alpha Protect team worked extremely hard in assisting us with resolving said issues. We will continue to work with Alpha Protect for the foreseeable future. Highly recommended. Please contact us for a glowing reference.

Very professional staff, who listen to clients needs. Would highly recommend.
