Bought some wall panels from aluxo ordered online after looking at others online they were just what i wanted they were delivered on time with no damages quality panels easy to cut and fix and the width of the panels were ideal easy to lift and handle

8 days from online order to delivery. Prompt at 7am which meant no time off work. First impressions of outdoor sofa is it is a quality product and I am very happy.

Having recently been scammed by a Company I was concerned about placing an order on-line for a cantilever umbrella. Aluxo has a functioning telephone line with a very helpful person on the end of the line who gave me confidence that I was dealing with a reputable Company. I was informed if I placed my order it would be despatched that day and be delivered by the end of the week, which it was. The product is extremely well made and of exceptional quality. Would highly recommend Aluxo.

Easy to order and items received were off a good quality. Did have an issue with one panel being damaged but customer service was very helpful and efficient with the new panel being delivered a few days later. They look lovely on the wall.

Amazing company
I’v had many sofas over the years, and I don’t normally go out my way to do a review.
This company is the best I’ve ever bought from. The quality of the products is amazing plus the service. The delivery service they use is amazing as well.
I will never buy from the big name companies ever again. Was very disappointed with the service I got of one of them. I had them triple check the sofa would go into my home. They said yes it would but it didn’t. I lost some money because of that on the refund. So I have recommended this company to every one I know. 10/10 all the way.

We ordered twice from the company and…
We ordered twice from the company and have been very pleased with the sevice and the quality. The only reason I have given 4 stars is because we had free delivery on the first order and spent over £500 we didnt order quite enough so ordered anothe pack and had to pay delivery which made the 2nd order more expensive. I called to see if they could so anything about this and was told they would call me back but they didnt unfortunately, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I always expect a call if promised.

Regarding the delivery charge on your second order, we appreciate why this was disappointing. As the second order was for just one additional flexible panel set, we still need to arrange a dedicated 2-man courier service to ensure larger and more delicate items are handled and delivered safely. These delivery costs are separate from the product price, and we aim to keep our product pricing as competitive as possible rather than building higher delivery costs into every order.
We really appreciate your understanding and hope we’ll have the opportunity to earn that fifth star on your next experience with us.

I visited their showroom in Oldham and got a great set of garden furniture at a great price delivered in 2 days fully assembled (only had to remove packaging and screw 4 legs on the table)
