I am the first time User ,
I find it easy to Use ,
I do not have any method to measure the credibility of reports,thats the real purpose of Using this site,
I took their paid membership ,I can see that i get some discounts ,
but basic forms that are available for free on internet ,they are charging some amount for those forms as well,

The verification process was good but used the comprehensive application form and it didn't collect work history for C-8 applicant like your verification process does. Forms should match the other services you offer. Disappointing to see the disconnect between available products and services.
UPDATE: AAOA was quick to call me to discuss how the forms could be made to be more easily used. It was decided that each co-applicant should fill out their own application, and that a statement to such will be on new forms.

Awesome response bu AAOA staff! However, after thinking about it discussing the issue didn't resolve it (yet) so the lichert scale score is still appropriate until they actually have the new wording.

So far my experience with AAOA has been a good one. I was having a hard time finding a way to run credit checks on perspective tenants. I found this site and called them to make sure I was reading everything right. Customer is very helpful and I received my reports promptly! I am so happy to have found this website!

I have used AAOA tenant screening for a couple of years and have always found it easy to use, reasonably priced, and fast.

I am so happy I found AAOC. I have been a landlord for over 20 years, and have used only one screening company up until now. My previous screening company did not provide the many, many services and great benefits that AAOC offers, yet they charged so much more for membership and screening reports. I really had no knowledge that a company like AAOA exist. AAOA, where have you been. I felt I wasted my money all these years. AAOA made the whole screening process so easy and so quick. I completed the whole process, lost it and I called in to see if I can retrieve it. I spoke to Neerellyn, who deserve a price --so helpful, and patience, so professional. She offered to help me to complete the process. Ofcourse, we had to redo the forms. I had so many questions and she patiently answered them all. She did not feel rushed and patiently answered all my questions and gave me some rental tips along the way. Thank you so much Neerellyn for your professionalism. Hope you get the price. (smile)
