Antwort von American Apartment Owners Association
Hi Oscar,
Thank you for your feedback. AAOA doesn't provide the ability to change the package for coapplicants to help our members comply with fair housing laws. All applicants should be evaluated fairly and equally. In the event its a cosigner or you have other reasons for wanting a different screening package, you can always place a separate order for the individual. By doing so the reports just won't be tied together within the tenant screening system.
We appreciate you choosing AAOA and please feel free to contact us with any additional questions or feedback.
Sincerely,
Tyler Randall

So funktioniert Trustpilot
