Very efficient!
We have been using the background reporting service for a year now and have found it to be a quick turn around with lots of information consolidated in a single report request. Very efficient!

Antwort von American Apartment Owners Association
Hi Ken,
AAOA will be introducing a Tenant Pay option soon. However, you should always be collecting an applicant's "private info". Their details, such as an SSN, DOB, address history, banking information, etc. are valuable in the vetting process. It is also essential to have that information should the tenant default and you need to collect. We highly recommend having all tenants fill out a rental application (paper or online) so that you are collecting this data and storing it securing. It is in your best interest to have the information to ensure you are protecting your investment.
We appreciate the feedback and thank you for choosing AAOA.
Sincerely,
Tyler Randall
