I would love if you could provide
I would love if you could provide a rent to income ratio board with each screening. Also at the $29.95 price it would be great to get (as with other sites I've been using) a state Pacific criminal background check included. I'm aware we could get a 10% discount if we pay an annual $99 membership fee.
For comparison. I use Zumper.com tho advertise as well. They don't have the best intact not good customer service. However the applicants can apply direct to me for a property I listed, I have all fees set at $50 unlimited units app fee (my choice to get paid for the remaining portion of application verifications). But really it's $29.95 is what I pay to them For the reports.

Thank you for your feedback.
We are exploring some options to include a rent to income ratio report. Should it be added to our screening services we'll announce it in AAOA Today, keep a look out for any product updates!
I think you are asking for a state specific criminal background check. This product is available in our Basic Background report for only $19.95. In researching the other company you mention, their screening is very limited in that in only provides a few reports. AAOA's tenant screening products are quite thorough, I don't think you'll find a more detailed report on the market.
Currently we do offer a Value Membership for $99. The discount it provides is $10 off (not 10%). So as a Value Member you would be getting the reports you are seeking (and more!) for only $29.95 by selecting our Blue Package (normally $39.95 for free members).
In regards to setting your own fees for your rentals, AAOA does not currently provide that service. However, we recommend contacting TenantAlert.com. They can provide you with a custom online application, the ability to set your own application fee, and more.
