American Apartment Owners Association Bewertungen

This is my second tenant screening with AAOA. It went great the last time. The current one is still on progress. So far, it's pretty straight forward.

It was easy to use and very fast response.

I have been renting properties for 21 years and have used different screeners, AAOA is the best in my experience. They are very helpful to my business and I highly recommend this association.

Always great information, and vendor resources is priceless

So far we are happy with what the company offers.

Scott answered the phone 2x after hours and was polite and helpful. Back ground checks were clear and fast. So far I'm happy.

First time - haven't seen the report yet.

I use AAOA to run all the back ground checks on potential tenants for my properties. It is extremely fast, priced fairly and gives you excellent information. Very trustworthy.

Overall, I'm impressed with the site. But I think it would make very much sense to design application forms specific to what is needed for each package. For instance, one form for what is needed to process the blue package. The basic application form contains so much more information that was needed for my package - that I felt it was somewhat a violation of the tenant's privacy, given that I don't really want to have all that additional information.

Very easy to use. Reliable. Good customer service.

A wonderful resource. Thank you

There was no way to return to the 'added reports' section to revise your order. I had to start all over with keying in the applicant's info.
Otherwise, friendly site.

First Time at this Site, so far Everything is Alright, Very Happy with this Service
