Antwort von American Apartment Owners Association
Dear Robert,
We are sorry to hear you are dissatisfied with AAOA's services. AAOA offers a number of different products that are advertised throughout the site to assist in saving you money and are not a means of up selling you. For example, when ordering a tenant screening report additional reports are offered as many members prefer to customize the report they receive.
A representative should have reached out to you via phone to address your concerns as well.
We appreciate you being a member of AAOA and hope we can continue to provide the services you seek.
Sincerely,
Tyler Randall

I’ve been working with this company for a few years now and I’ve never had a bad experience. They walk my clients through the process when they can’t do it for themselves. They make everything very easy and self-explanatory.

There is a difference
There is a difference! I had previously used a different company, basically does the same thing, but there was a HUGE difference! The information was much more detailed and much more usable information that is available to you and oh, what a surprise.. Customer Service! AAOA had great customer service and for me, that is the most important!
