Casey did the great job putting everything together. Unfortunately, there is some room for improvement, possibly from different department. The department who dealt with fight tickets still made a mistake. I have to spend hours fixing it myself.

Audrey took the time to listen to my preferences and to advise me what would suit my needs. She was able to taylor flights, accommodation and car hire to my needs in an efficient manner. Worked with Edel (who was very knowledgable and very patient!) to come up with a very competitive itinerary for a road trip taking in Nashville, Memphis, New Orleans and ending with Washington DC - helps that the staff have actually been to these places and are very experienced not to mention very pleasant to deal with.

Had a great booking experience with Megan in the Dublin Office. Wasn't sure where to go and she gave me plenty of options and choices. Nothing was to much trouble. She was very professional, friendly and lovely to deal with. Excellent customer service.
