Thank you for taking a moment to share your feedback with AmericanMuscle. We are sorry to hear that we were unable to accept the price matching on an item you were interested in purchasing.

We do offer a price match for the specific items on our website, but there are some guidelines we have to see if we are able to accept the price match.

We price match other competitors websites (sale prices too!) and most of our recent catalogs!

For a price match the item must be:

same manufacturer
same model
same SKU

Similar products that do not meet this criteria are not included.

Prices will not be matched from the following sites:

eBay
Craigslist
Facebook Marketplace
Any other auction style site

PLEAESE NOTE: there are certain items that we cannot discount, - as these prices are set by the manufacturer and should not be adjusted.

We wanted to review your request to see why they shared they could not match the price, but we were unable to locate an order or the request with the information shared in your review. Hello Kevin,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with AmericanMuscle regarding your recent experience. We viewed your past few orders, and we want to apologize for the frustration and inconvenience this situation has caused you. We do see that you spoke with one of our Supervisors and they were able to assist you and address your concerns.

We are reviewing your orders to see why there was a different shipping address added to you order. We can see where this was a nervewrecking experience when you are waiting for a part, and you see it was being sent to an unknown address.

We also had the opportunity to review your previous orders and the issues you are experiencing with the springs and they are making your car to low. We do see that we set up a return for the SR Performance Lowering Springs. We are waiting for photos of the item you received to move forward with this return. If you need assistance in uploading the photos, please contact our Customer Service at 610-990-4562 and they will be able to assist you in uploading the photos. If you need assistance in returning any of the other items you recently ordered, they will be able to assist you as well.

We do appreciate your business and we are sorry that you experienced these issues. We would like to get another opportunity to provide you with the service we strive to provide to our customers. We issued a credit to your AmericanMuscle account. This credit can be used toward a future order and is valid until 7/31/2026.
