Hello Michael,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with AmericanMuscle regarding your recent purchase of the Front Bumper Chin Spoiler Lip. We apologize that you did not receive the hardware that was to be sent along with the chin spoiler. We can understand that this is a frustrating experience for you.

We reached out to the manufacturer, the item you received was shipped from them directly, and we asked if they could send the missing hardware to you. I apologize if you have not received it yet. We are reaching back out to them to confirm if the hardware shipped or not. Once we have this information we will share it with you.

In reviewing your order, one of our supervisors shared they tried to reach out to you, but they were unable to reach you on the phone. We are sorry that they were unable to connect with you.

We had a chance to review your order and while we do offer free shipping on order over $149, this for standard ground service. If the item you ordered ships via freight due to size or weight of the item, it is noted on the product page that there is an additional charge for the freight handling. For the Cervini's Stalker Hood, it is noted that there is a $199.00 Oversized Item Fee for this item.

We are sorry to hear that you were not aware of this additional shipping and due to this situation, we issued you a promotional credit to your account. You can use this credit on a future order. Please note, this credit is valid until 3/31/2026.
