The only thing I wasn’t totally satisfied with was the number of shipments it is taking for me to receive my whole order and is probably the reason a part of my order was lost in shipping but other than that the customer service has been great

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with AmericanTrucks regarding your recent order. We do apologize for the delay in receiving one of the items that you ordered. We work hard to have orders shipped and delivered to customers in a timely manner, and this was not your experience, we your frustration is understandable.
We do show that we set up a lost package for one of the Fuel Wheels Hammerhead Gloss Black Dark Tinted Clear 6-Lug Wheel that you ordered. We do work hard to have items shipped directly from our warehouse, but there are times when we reach out to the manufacturer and ask that they send the items to you. This was the situation with your order. We shipped the TPMS sensors from our warehouse, but the wheels and tires were being shipped from the manufacturer.
We do see that a replacement was shipped to you and delivered on 4/11/2026.
Due to this situation and the delays you experienced, we issued a credit to your AmericanTrucks account. This credit can be used on a future order and is valid until 7/31/2026.

Website is easy to use
Website is easy to use, and they offer a first time buyer discount. Was disappointed I couldn't use the discount if I joined the rewards club, but that was fine. Great selection of products. Haven't gotten my products yet, but so far communications are great.

Been a couple years I've been ordering for AT. Love the company, everyone is always very nice and personable. I also have ordered from your sister site AM. Love both sites. Will continue to order from you guys for my Ford F150. But, you really should get more performance parts for the 4.6, I love mine, and wouldn't want any other engine in my truck.

Company Needing Improvements
I Have yet to get my product, I’ve gotten little to no help I’m now having to wait an extra three days for the order to be reviewed, & maybe then I’ll have it - I’ve told them countless times that FedEx never even received the order it clearly stated it in the shipping info, they gave a tracking number & never sent it out, this whole experience would’ve been a million times different if I didn’t pay for the extra shipping so I could get my tuner in decent time. Do better guys.
The thing about it was I had a lot more money I wanted to spend definitely changing my mind now.
