Absolutely mindblown. Ordered a TCL C845K tv from here. First I tried calling the two Harvey Norman’s around me here in Cork, neither of them had the tv in the specific size I wanted and said I would have to wait three weeks for it. Came across AN Electronics and saw the same tv for 100 euros cheaper.

Not going to lie, part of me thought this is too good to be true for that much and only €25 delivery which is promised to be 2 days, but I took a chance.

Oh my god, Joe and the courier were in constant contact with me and got the tv in two days. Original box and everything. I couldn’t believe it.

Saying that I recommend their services is an understatement!!!

Absolutey outstanding service from start to finish.

I was in the market for a new TV and checked all the usual places, currys, harvey norman etc but then came across An electronics. The price for the TV I wanted was a fair bit cheaper than those places so i gave the owner Joe a call and he said the TV was in stock and ready to ship.

I received the TV 1 day later and I am over the moon and the communication from Joe from start to finish was top class.

I was also happy to support a local business

It was a wonderful experience.
We originally wanted to cancel due to a different product found. One, AN electrics immediately agreed to it without any hassles, but second and more importantly, they went over and above to find me a product for my need and price matched it as well! This was top notch customer experience! I was happy to not move ahead with a different seller and stick with AN electronics. The personalized touch for the entire thing was great!

Although there was a bit of delay, Josip was very patient and explained every bit of the delivery process

Joe is a pleasure to deal with but the shipping/delivery system needs work, it takes longer then advertised. When tracking is finally provided it would be better if the tracking company's information is also provided, ie their contact info rather then just a company name and tracking number as Google wasn't much help in finding how to actually track the tv (you can't track unless you ring the shipping company)

Delivery exactly like the website says. Product well packed. They call before delivering to make sure there is somebody to receive the product.
