I think this company is a scam. Seeing the reviews here and not receiving any response from their customer service nor a 'founder' on Linkedin, I am really worried now about them taking my credit card info as well. Where can I complain?

Members need to call or email to cancel. I decided to call, naively thinking they would cancel, only to realise they continued charging me for an additional year.

At the beginning of the month, I asked the co-founder Tom via email to please cancel my membership and refund the amount. He acknowledged my first email but has since ignored all other emails. Fortunately, I've told my bank to cancel my direct debit, otherwise they'd continue ignoring emails and calls, and sneakily taking customers' money.

Got charged for 2 years, adding up to over 300... I had used it once and didn't know I had signed up for a recurring membership. Didn't get refunded anything when I noticed and brought to their attention that I clearly hadn't used the service since that one original time. It had been such a useless service that one time, had no reason to ever book again for my workspace. Their customer service ghosted me, bad experience, bad service. Better to go with WeWork or just show up to a coffee shop. The hotel I 'booked' with AndCo the one time was just an empty hotel lobby... I definitely didn't need to book anything or pay $20. I could have just showed up anytime.

Used the Good hotel. Couldn’t get a desk as it’s basically a hotel and only got a table near a power socket was after customers finished breakfast around 10.30. Had to move breakfast plates to sit though. It said coffee was free but staff informed it’s one cup per person from a machine. In the afternoon they put the music up so loud that making calls doing Teams calls became impossible though when I asked reception staff they did ask bar staff to put the volumes down. It’s not a work space it’s just a hotel restaurant area. Such a shame as it’s a nice venue and location.

Avoid. Central London bookings tend to be places you can already go to for free. The worst part is you can't prevent the free trial from charging without messaging them (no option to cancel on website). I asked to cancel and also to refund the payment they took when I didn't use the platform after the first booking. No response after a week. Hubble HQ was much better. Would avoid.

I have been a customer for years and overall it's a good system. It has pretty much everything you need, and the support is pretty good as well.

It's not working great in Safari so you really wanna use Chrome. A little annoying.

Where the service falls short is when I wanted to cancel. Sub renewed and within a few hours, I downgraded and asked for a refund, as it wouldn't be using the system anymore (not because anything was wrong), but they refused a refund. That's a sure fire way to make sure your ex customers stays EX customer I am afraid.

There are a lot of things to love about And.co, and I have been using it for over a year. However, there are glitches in the functionality that make it not work as advertised. I've now reported 4 of those glitches, and the best they can do is say they've passed it on to their developers and will let me know when it's fixed. Months and months go by and they don't get back to you. Things like my branding not appearing on contracts once I send them through to clients, having tracked time not display in the format you've selected in the editor once it sends through to a client.

They also have some limitations with how you can visualise earnings. I asked if it was possible to view a full financial year earnings as %s per client - something we need to do when reporting to the Australian Tax Office. First issue is that they don't recognise the Australian Tax year, second issue is that you can't visualise a custom period of earnings by %. Their customer service told me I'd have to ask my accountant to work it out for me. FYI, I use this software so I don't have to pay for an accountant!

What I can say, is that the customer service is pretty quick at getting back to you and the contract & proposal templates provide a great starting point and are easy to customise.

Hands down, the dumbest customer service I ever encountered. I tried to change my email address on my account. The new email address, which I use all day, every day for my business wasn't good enough for their third party vendor software. So I either had to submit 8 forms of documentation, or close down my account. So I've closed down my account. I've used them for over a year now, without incident. But I thank them for saving me $360 in 2021. I post this review using the email account they rejected, just for fun.

Have not used my account, so that's on me, but what is surprising is that they only offer refunds of your FIRST payment if it's inside the 30 days of that purchase, if you would like to request a refund of the most recent, they happily send you to die.

Definitely not a solutions for freelancers as they claim.

I had very high hopes for AND.CO but its issues have unfortunately only gotten worse. Previously it was easy to still rate it highly, since nobody expects software that is 100% to also work perfectly. But now AND.CO is not really free anymore. They've introduced a premium plan after Fiverr bought them and limitations that make the free version a pain to use (let alone the fact they take every opportunity to loudly advertise themselves to the users' customers, making them look really unprofessional—thankfully the actual invoices are an exception.)

I love the overall design and feel of the site and the app, their branding in general is superb. The support agents are helpful and enthusiastic, which is always appreciated.

The mobile app is very very limited (cannot even see a list of contacts) and buggy. As an example, it won't let me delete one of the automaticly created tasks. I contacted support, they looked into it and eventually explained how they changed their Backend which resulted in non-deletable tasks for users who created their account before their switch. It's been half a year and they don't even intend to fix it. They told me I can just "ignore" it. How am I expected to pay a high monthly fee for that kind of software?

and.co offered a fantastic servce and promised it would be free forever. Less than a few months later after thousands of people joined, it introducesd a "pro version" and although you can still use it free, you now have to go through the hasstle of "archiving" a client in order to write and new invoice every tiem. It is clear this move is to make the system such a pain to use that people will upgrade. This has to be one of the most horible moves I have ever seen by a business and tantamont to extortion. There are other paid invoicing services out there, use thos. DONT use and.co .
