Replaced complete toilet flush mechanism. Later that day a small leak became apparent (always a potential problem with plumbing repairs). They came back and resolved the problem without any arguments or additional costs.

Quick service and the workmen were very pleasant, they came the same day to check out my problem (leaking shower cubicle). It required a second visit which was easy and quick to arrange, however, the workmanship was not up to the standard I would expect. Once they completed the job I had to point out that they had not re-sealed the entire front of the shower tray and even after they left they had missed the end of it. The sealent is messy and not finished in a professional standard, there are lumps and bumps all over it where it has not been smoothed down or it has been scuffed by them after application. There are also fingerprints and marks of sealant all over the bathroom including on the shower doors, toilet seat, sink and tiling. Lumps of excess sealant stuck to the shower tray over has not been cleared away. I won’t be using them again.

James came promptly and phoned me en route. He was pleasant and helpful. Once the job was done, he advised me on future maintenance. Everything was left clean and tidy. I would certainly use the company again.

I recently had several items repaired or replaced and will be using them again for any plumbing issues. The website was easy to use to book my appointment slot, they arrived within the chain slot with a call beforehand to advise they were on the way. They were very clean and respectful of my property and the items that could not be repaired in the first visit were left in working order, ordered and replaced within a week. The work was also carried out within the very reasonable quote.
