Honest and professional service by a very pleasant engineer. Sourced the part and fitted it at the agreed cost. Called me when the part arrived and made immediate appointment, rather than me having to call them. Unlike some other 'appliance repair companies' I could mention.

Quick availability, I had to find my own engineer due to insurance not having one in my area, I contacted Anderson James to ask if this is something they would do, they confirmed they would. I had 2 engineers visit both were friendly and polite and very efficient. Would definitely recommend

Very pleasant engineer, smart, clearly knew his stuff and found the issue quickly. Not his fault that the circuit board had blown, making repair beyond economic sense. Only not 5 stars because no repair could be made.
