Good price
This site was addvtising exactly what I was looking for a pcb board to repair my henreyhover at a fair price unfortunately it took them 6 days to dispatch my order 4 of them where working days and another 2 days for delivery, this was the first time I used this company and may have been a 1 off , but I wasn't notified of any reason for a delay in the 6 day dispatching of order

Hi Brian,
Thank you for leaving a review, sorry to hear there was a delay on your order.
I can see that the item you ordered was out of stock when you ordered it, and we have pop ups on the website and checkout that informed you of this.
We would have then had to wait for them to come back into stock before dispatching them to you which would have caused the delay.
Apologies if this wasn't made clear enough to you at the time, we will look at sending a follow up email in the future to avoid any confusion.
If you would like to follow this up any further please email us and we will be happy to look into it - sales@anderson-trade.co.uk

The item arrived on time and was exactly as described on the website. Because my order was done on a Friday and the item wasn’t processed until the Monday, their customer services kindly upgraded the delivery to next day. I will use them again in the future.
