Had an amazingly smooth experience buying a new build at Anwyl Five Oaks, Shrewsbury. It was a hassle free journey right from viewing the property to arranging part exchange to buying my dream home and finally topping it off with fixing trivial snags. Special shout out to Kieran, Jacob and Sophie for being so professional with their jobs. The house is built with such good care and I am glad that I chose them.

Lee did a series of brilliant jobs today for us and has great advice for future projects around the house !

Lee Ashworth was brilliant in sorting out the snag . He not only took care of the reported snag but also identified another issue with the door and rectified it. Clear communication and great work.

It’s been a great pleasure to have bought my new built home with Anwyl homes. Declan the site manager has been a brilliant manager. He looks after you during the whole process and after completion as well which is great as you’re not left hanging even after your completion. Sarah has also been a superstar throughout the process. I appreciate all the help from the team. Once again thank you Sarah and Declan. Definitely recommend buying your dream home with Anwyl homes as they are the best.

Great experience with Dec at Whittlebrook Park, ensuring our snag list is being taken care of. He updates us and chases contractors when needed. Nothing has been too much trouble for him and he’s always polite and quick to respond

Tony is professional, friendly and does a great job. He fixed the problem with our bannisters and left it looking really good. He definitely puts the needs of the customer first! It was a pleasure having him round.

Excellent service provided to rectify an issue in my home. Both Tony Murray and Chris Appleton attended at different times to ensure the issue was addressed and rectified. Both were extremely professional, extremely polite, helpful and represented Anwyl impeccably. Bluesky Plumbing were also excellent, as has been the case previously. Thank you.

Since we have moved to our new build house there have been multiple issues that needed fixing. The customer service, Sarah taken care of Whittle Brook park has been very helpful at addressing the issues and resolving them. Thanks a lot Sarah.

My snagging issues were tackled by Chris Appleton today, and I am delighted with the job he's done. He was courteous and helpful and worked very hard to achieve a great result.

Thank you to Josh Hough from Customer Services who came promptly on request to attend to our rear door handles and lock assembly. They were making crunching noises and sounded like the lock system was about to fail. He quickly identified the damaged handle internals and source replacements. The door work better now and we are good for another couple of years at least.

Avery big thank you to the 2 gentleman from the customer care team, Richard and John, for the works they completed in the house today. They were very professional, courteous and kept us informed through the day of the works schedule.
