We’re genuinely sorry for the frustration and confusion this situation has caused. We completely understand why receiving a response saying the refund had left our account, followed by a dispute, would be upsetting.
The reason the payment was disputed was because, when reviewing the booking, our records showed that the booking had already been refunded previously, and we had also received a chargeback relating to the same booking. Because of this, we were concerned that processing another refund could result in the payment being refunded twice.
The dispute was therefore raised to allow the payment history to be reviewed correctly and to make sure we were not duplicating a refund, rather than to avoid refunding you.
We apologise that this was not communicated clearly and for the inconvenience this has caused. We’re always happy to review the payment history and provide clarification where needed. 🙏

DREAM CAR ON A REALITY BUDGET
A little back story. My baby sister is getting married, she’s having a really elegant and simple Town Hall wedding and is working on a very tight budget. The original plan was for all of the brides side of the family to travel up to the ceremony together on a coach. Being the big sister and the maid of honour I wanted to try and make a little part of her day as special as possible (while on my own very tight budget). I searched and searched for a luxury car rental property that not only offered an amazing friendly service but was also able to fit into our unique schedule we have planned for the day of the wedding. Typically when you hire a wedding car you hire it for the day and pay hourly packages and I was struggling to find anything that was the right fit. The absolute dream was to secure a Rolls Royce Phantom as come on who doesn’t want to arrive at their ceremony and reception in the worlds most glorious car but I was happy for that to be the dream and for the reality to be something a little different. After searching and searching and enquiring with so many other companies, some of whom were part of the wedding industry and some who weren’t I stumbled across fantastic reviews for ‘Anything for Hire’ as a last shot I thought I would send a message to see if there was any possibility they could help but I had little hopes as I had faced barrier upon barrier with everyone else. Then I get a message from Shane.. I explained the situation in full and he fully listened and understood and in the background was pulling me the best offer he could. I explained my vision and the reasons behind why I wanted to do this. Shane was incredible, he didn’t just say no we can’t do that or try and charge additional costs due to the unique scheduling, he really worked with me and did everything in his power to make the dream a reality. Shane got advice from his manager Glen and Glen being the angel sent from heaven was able to secure me an incredible deal. I can’t believe I’m actually saying it but I’ve secured a ROLLS ROYCE PHANTOM for my sister and her soon to be husband on their wedding day within my budget AND with a company that I hand on heart know is going to look after is ever step of the way. The main thing that made me so confident on booking was how friendly Shane was from the very start, he new the mission and was absolutely on board to help me get it done. He got his manager Glen involved which I am so appreciative for and replies were quick, communication was clear it’s been one of the most pleasurable conversations I’ve ever had with a business and that says a lot as I planned my own wedding last year so I am very familiar with how these things can go. Long story short if you want your dream to become a reality then get in touch with Anything for Hire and if you happen to speak to Shane or his incredible manager Glen then you are one lucky person!

Absolute heroes!
What a company! These legends came to the rescue! Absolute heroes! Me and my friends were attending EE fest, my friends couldn’t decide for ages whether we get the train or organise a party bus for the way there! So LAST MINUTE , the day before I called this number and they made availability for us! It was meant to be the drivers day off and they still wanted to help! And what a blast! I can’t remember the names of the person who organised it but Steve was the driver and they were both amazing! Gave us a great deal and we had a fantastic time! The party bus for us was actually more enjoyable than the dusty festival! 🤣 we were wild (and respectful) of course and he didn’t mind the booming house music and drum n bass! 🤣 seriously legends! The bus was great, drinks and individual drop off to our homes also included! 10 stars! ✨
