The limo was a heap.
The limo was a heap.. all the leather interior was worn. They served grape juice onstead of prosecco and absolutely zero effort had been put into decorating the car, despite being fully aware it was being hired for a wedding. Utter rip off.. over 450 pounds to travel 3 miles in a limo that quite frankly had seen better days. I will not be using this company again.

What a fantastic experience
What a fantastic experience, had the best time, bus was clean and tidy. Driver put up with our outrageous singing on the way home (all very drunk)! Such an amazing day and great knowing we had the bus waiting for us.

Whilst the initial customer service was excellent, be warned that passenger transport bookings are exempt from the usual 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. This is especially important to highlight when you consider the deposit amount was 46% of the service value. AFH showed no flexibility just 3 days after booking RE: cancelling; even when a proportionate refund was suggested.

As outlined in our terms and conditions, the deposit paid towards passenger transport bookings is non-refundable. These terms and conditions were made available to you and were agreed to by you before the booking was confirmed.
We appreciate that this may be frustrating, particularly when a cancellation is made shortly after booking, and we’re sorry that we were unable to provide the refund you were hoping for.
That said, we did want to offer some flexibility as a goodwill gesture. We offered to transfer the deposit paid to another hire or event, allowing you to retain the value of the deposit rather than losing it completely.
We completely understand your frustration and apologise that we couldn’t reach an outcome you were happier with. We do appreciate your feedback and will continue to ensure our terms, including our cancellation and deposit policy, are made as clear as possible before customers confirm their bookings.
