I used NAC for the first time to repair my washing machine. Rob was brilliant and very knowledgeable. He explained very clearly what the fault was on my machine and made it work. I will definitely recommend and use this company again.

Thank you so much Rob,

Such a kind polite person, he came out on short notice and got my washing machine working again.
I highly recommend,

Thank you once again.

Rob was professional and personable. He went above and beyond and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. Thank you Rob for a great job.

Rob was amazing. He came out promptly to fix my mums microwave. He diagnosed the problem straightaway and ordered the part and came back and fitted it. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

Really impressed. Rob offered to come to fix my washing machine the next day and fixed it really quickly by installing a new part. Great service

Swift contact and repair from Rob. Within 2 hours of first contact our machine was working. Found the issue, repaired our dishwasher, gave recommendations going forward how to better care for our machine. Would highly recommend and will use again

Brilliant service! Muj is so helpful and went out of his way to complete the work required! Throughly recommended

Job done quickly. Called before coming. On time. Polite, friendly and helpful. Great.
Dr T

Called just before closing on Wednesday and my oven was repaired by lunch time on Thursday, I doubt anyone could have done better and for a reasonable price. The chap that came to do the repair was very professional.

Rob the engineer was polite & curtious as soon as I opened the front door, repaired the washing machine in minutes, explained what the problem was and why it occurred, definitely use again

Polite, knowledgable, punctual. Excellent value for money. No hesitation in recommending.

Wow, called and thought it was a bearing, Rob was with me within the hour, it was the concrete block, exceptional service. Would definitely recommend

Although Rob was unable to repair my machine because the part needed would have been uneconomical he could not have been more thorough or helpful. He took time to check every aspect of the machine before showing me the cost of the repair. A truly honest tradesman and really personable. As a disabled person it can be scary having new people come into the home but Rob could not have been friendlier! I have his number now saved in my phone to repair any of my big appliances and will definitely use his services again. Although hopefully we won’t be seeing each other again too soon :-)

Highly recommended. Very efficient service that I will be using again if I need to.

Nothing is too much trouble. I've had this company come out twice to my dishwasher. Won't use anyone else now.

Very thorough, always the way it works fine when he’s here, but reassured us that if there were anymore issues he would come straight back. Highly recommended

Rob, who came to repair my dishwasher, telephoned in advance to let me know he was coming, kindly agreed to wear a mask (because of my health conditions), was polite, smartly turned out, treated my property and me with respect and repaired my dishwasher in good time in and with great care. He was also a thoroughly nice person and I am sure his family are very proud of him.

Rob came within 20 minutes.Very professional and he did the job very well within limited time. Would highly recommend him . Excellent communication skills

Great service from an engineer called Rob. Less than 24 hours after I booked the appointment the problem was resolved. I received a phone call to confirm the booking within 20 minutes of completing the online booking request. Brilliant service.
