Very helpful and super job

Reasonable price

Rob came within 20 minutes. Took apart my washing machine and found no faults. Traced fault to an electrical fault in house. And did all that for the standard call out charge! Could not recommend enough.

Came very quickly to help with my washing machine. Was very thorough and found my fault. Didn’t overcharge me and helped with some other things I was struggling with. Gave great advice. Would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you

Excellent service. Rob arrived on time to fix my dishwasher. He was professional and repaired the fault quickly. No hidden costs. Thank you

We had Rob for our call out, unfortunately my dishwasher had died on me. I ordered a new one and Rob came to fit it.
Great service and Rob was very careering, and helpful, the time was kept to the minute, said a time and kept it.
The experience was great everything whent perfect, and Rob a true gentleman.
I will use the service again and pass on number, to family and friends.
Don't change anything your service is great.
And Rob perfect Gentleman.

I couldn’t be more happy with the service I received.
The engineer came out already equipped with the parts that were needed to fix my washing machine and repaired it very quickly. He was knowledgeable about how to maintain and prevent the problem happening again. Excellent service .

Really great service. Came out the same day to repair our broken fridge, diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes and ordered the requisite part. Returned 5 days later to fit it once the part had arrived. Afterwards when still having some problems with our water dispenser, the engineer got back to us within 24 hours and then returned and fixed it (slight freeze in water line). Excellent service, couldn’t recommend them enough!

Quick, efficient and diagnosed the problem straight away!! Very impressed!

We’ve had a recurring fault with our dishwasher for years and multiple engineers have never fixed it fully. Rob came out within about 18 hours of my call — fixed the machine and gave me loads of advice as to why it kept happening and how to avoid future issues! He was extremely thorough, friendly and helpful. I felt like we were in really good hands and will absolutely be using him in the future! Thank you Rob✨

I had a fault with my dishwasher and an engineer came out the next morning to investigate. He found the fault straight away and came back to replace the faulty part as soon as it arrived. The engineer was very friendly and professional and I will recommend them to friends and family.

Swift, professional service, value for money, and provided expert knowledge and advice. Highly recommended.

Dishwasher repair completed with excellent communication, knowledge and understanding. Called only yesterday and it’s all sorted and at a reasonable price. Would recommend to friends and family.

Our washing machine started to leak water so we called this company after being recommended by a family member. We contacted them late afternoon and an engineer was with us by 10.30am the following morning. His advice was honest and very helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.

Rob was fantastic and really professional. Helped with the appliance, and was honest about it needing replacing rather than repairing and gave recommendations on what to do next. Thankyou

Rob is genuine and trustworthy, one of the most important things needed when you have the added stress of an appliance not working. He came the same day and explained in detail what was wrong with our fridge/freezer. How much the parts would cost and he promised us that the day the parts arrived he would fix the fridge because he understood how difficult it was without a fridge/freezer. He fitted the parts and showed us how to clean certain filters to maintain the fridge/freezer. We were all impressed with his high level of service. Thank you Rob

What a great guy. Noone wants to be left without an appliance that they use everyday. Rob came out less than 24hours after calling him. He fixed our washing washing within ten minutes and gave me advice on it so the problem wouldn't happen again. Rob was professional and very friendly. Highly recommended!!

Arranged to visit next day and rang 20 mins before he arrived. Fixed the washer with no fuss and no hidden extras. Tidy worker and left no mess. Would recommend and will certainly call them again.

Fantastic service from Rob. Arrived same day to assess the problem with my Neff oven. Ordered and fitted parts within 3 working days. Always polite and professional. Tidy worker too. Would definitely recommend him for any appliance repairs.

Brilliant service! Cam out same day, fixed the problem and was all done before I’d finished making him a coffee!
