Excellent shopping experience. Purchased a new Bosch tumble dryer. Appliance World offered the best price. Communication was excellent with delivery details fully explained in advance. Delivery was very quick and took place on Bank Holiday Monday. Great service and I will definitely use again.

Excellent service from beginning to end. Excellent price for à Which recommended fridge freezer. I was kept informed of delivery arrangements as soon as I placed the order, the goods being delivered within 48 hours of ordering, despite it being a Bank Holiday. The driver kept me updated on exact time of arrival and could not have been more helpful. Thank you !

Purchase was easy online, telephone call to confirm delivery.
Day before delivery was given a time slot which was confirmed on morning of delivery .
Delivery man was friendly and polite . Respected my home and completed install as paid for .
Would definitely recommended and also personally use this company again.

Great overall experience
My initial message was responded to by a phone call within 5 mins, I was offered dates for delivery to suit me and staff were very pleasant and helpful, I was updated with a 2 hr slot on the agreed day and actual updated time during the last hour.
I am very impressed with the service and delivery both were efficient and the 2 chaps who delivered were respectful of property and ensured I was happy. Well done 👏

We needed a specific size fridge/freezer. I was able to speak to someone on the phone. They were extremely helpful and solved our problem. There was no hard sale. What a great firm in Appliance World, I ordered a 60cm under counter fridge on the 19/08/26 on 24/08/26 I got a call saying my item would be delivered at 12 13pm delivered on time, driver very polite and pu my new fridge in my kitchen, I would definitely recommend Appliance World before looking elsewhere, many thanks to all the staff.

Easy to order
Easy to order. Delivery came on time. My only gripe is that there was only one man who was very kind and helpful. We tried ordering from elsewhere but everyone used the same delivery service from Appliance World with only one man. I feel that for appliances like this there should always be two men on the delivery team.

Where a delivery involves two or more flights of stairs, or access presents particular handling difficulties, we can assess the requirements and arrange the appropriate delivery support to ensure the appliance can be delivered safely.
