As the Head of a Real Estate Marketing Team, I highly recommend and endorse ApplyDesign as a powerful and user-friendly virtual staging app.

One of the biggest positives of this software is its ease of use- Even those who are not design-savvy can easily upload photos of empty rooms and create stunning, realistic virtual staging that transforms the space into inviting and attractive living spaces. We find it fun, rather than a chore, to use the software's intuitive interface and drag-and-drop functionality makes the process of staging a room a breeze.

We are also a big, big fan of ApplyDesigns large array of digital assets available for use. There is a huge catalogue of different types of furniture and decor items that you can use to stage the room- or even outdoor areas- and we are constantly finding ways to create unique and eye-catching images to enhance the marketing of our properties. The ability to choose from a variety of styles, colors, and textures to match the look we are trying to achieve; as well as being able to use predefined Room Bundles as a jumping off point - ensures that me and my team are creating a space that looks authentic and inviting. This variety of assets helps our team create unique designs that stand out from the crowd and attract potential buyers regularly- feedback from vendors and those looking to buy the properties has been extremely positive since we started using ApplyDesign.

A huge game changing feature for us is the quick turnaround time that ApplyDesign allows our team to implement when it comes to providing our agents with cutting edge marketing materials for their vendors. We were outsourcing this procedure in the past to other practitioners- but the ability to have control over the final product, as well as having endless revisions is something we just love. It isn't a chore to create the rooms, it becomes almost a fun challenge amongst our team to see who can create the best output in such a short timeframe. What was once a job we were sending away and then having further editing requests or revisions, is now something we can turn around in a crazy short time period.

Overall, as a way to enhance our real estate marketing efforts with virtual staging, we have found ApplyDesign to be an amazing tool to have at our disposal. Its ease of use and variety of digital assets make it an indispensable tool for transforming empty rooms into beautiful, inviting spaces. With ApplyDesign, we save time and money by virtually staging rooms and enhancing our marketing materials regularly. Give it a try today and see how it can help take your real estate marketing to the next level!

User friendly, great options for virtual styling and very responsive support team.

Apply Design has been our only go-to for virtual staging. Very user-friendly and it allows for more in-depth editing once you export from apply design. The ability to take these designs into Photoshop is a huge plus. Adjusting brightness and lights is a massive play in virtual staging. The fact these staged items look realistic is excellent. It leads to more clients wanting and needing these services!

Easy to use and good range of furniture options which are added to regularly

I recently started using Apply Design and I couldn’t be more impressed with its functionality and user-friendly interface. This software has made a significant impact on my virtual staging and my clients love that their unfurnished homes look better virtually staged plus in my opinion the developers have clearly put a great deal of thought and effort into creating a top-notch application that caters to its users’ needs. I highly recommend Apply Design for anyone looking to DIY virtual staging

I'm pretty picky when it comes to outsourcing my virtual staging so I just do them myself with this awesome platform. Super easy to use and when there are issues their team is very responsive on the chat to fix any errors.

More importantly the software continues to improve constantly. With decluttering, lamps on/off, room organization, etc they keep pushing to stay on top of things to make it more valuable to the user.

LOVE the results from applydesign!
I have tried a few other similar softwares and the end results have never been 100% realistic. Apply design has so many options to choose from and everything comes out looking cohesive with the photo and adds such a great touch to empty rooms! I can’t recommend them enough!

I'm a freelance Real Estate Media creator. I've been using Apply Design for over a year now and I've been very happy with the results every time. The customer service team responds quickly and they help you to resolve any difficulties right away; very impressed with that. Apply design is consistently coming out with new features and upgrades for their software which is so helpful in a field that is always evolving.

Apply Design is an extremely easy application to use, plus, the library is ever-changing. The drag-and-drop furniture allows for lots of experimentation and you can do multiple revisions. Clients are beyond impressed with the custom style and quick turnaround. Furthermore, Apply Design offers extensive technical support, including a Help Center for general queries and around-the-clock interactive assistance for more specific issues. Two Thumbs Up!

From start to finish, my experience with this platform has been nothing short of outstanding. With its seamless interface, excellent customer support, and top-notch functionality, it has become my go-to choice for all my virtual staging photos.

Apply Design is the best!

The way their platform is set up is so user friendly, the room collections they have are very pretty and useful. I definitely recommend them for your virtual staging needs.

Customer support is top-notch! Quality of the renders is very good. They are adding more furniture constantly which is great and needed!

This program is so easy once you get the hang of it. I love the ability to stage one room in multiple ways so that options become apparent to possible Buyers. For example, a bedroom can be staged as a bedroom, an office or a workout room. They have a terrific selection of furniture, art, miscellaneous items, etc. This program is economical, and you don't have to wait for photos to get back. Outstanding!

I have been using Apply Design for the past couple years. The site is easy to use and getting better all the time. Updates and changes have made the process easier, and the support, when needed, has been excellent. No longer need to outsource this type of work for my clients, and they all have been very happy with the realistic results. Rendering times continue to improve - keep up the great work!

Amazing platform, and great customer service, ready to answer all questions. Wish I knew about this soon, it's propelled my business in more ways than one! Def recommended, top notch for staging needs.

This is a great virtual staging program. I had been outsourcing my virtual staging, but sometimes they wouldn't understand what I was asking for in the room or edits would take to long etc. I looked into programs for my assistant and I to use and Apply Design seemed the best. It's very user friendly, they have a good array of styles and furniture to choose from. The only reason this isn't the perfect 5 star review is, I wish there was a way to tell the program when a virtual furniture piece needs to be behind a partial wall or in front of it. For the most part the program does a great job figuring out room layout, but every so often it won't let me put a TV in a Nook in the wall and there's no way to manually tell it can go there. However this issue happens far and few between, and overall am very happy with the program!

Have to admit, my first time use I was a little skeptical, but after seeing the results, was very impressed by the quality of the renderings of virtual staging! The UI is exceptionally easy to use, very little learning curve. Ultimately, my clients have been pleased with the results. I'm looking forward to the latest beta features improving and being able to use Apply Design for even more of my workflow.

They made virtual staging super easy and fast! Their customer service is pretty good, but their rendering is top notch!

Easy to use design software and support is very responsive. Always adding new features to the mail programme. For sure sign up and start using this software, you will not regret it !

Absolutely the best in the business. World class support.
