Good attention to service
Good attention to service, but dissappolnted that the recent salt delivery was placed outside our garage door but no one seemed to inform us either by knocking on the door or sending an email to say when delivery would take place.

Payment problems.
Had issues with the payment for the items, it took 4 attempts due apparently to my address being an apartment. However the staff were very helpful in resolving the problem.
This should be looked into to allow easier payment.

Good and reliable service
Good and reliable service. Engineer was prompt and efficient. Last softener lasted for 21years before replacement, with good check-ups from Aquasoft.
Maybe it would be helpful to include in the Info pack left with the machine, an address for further supplies of the tablets for testing the water.

Great team in Aquasoft, totally satisfied with my sofa water in my new home. Tristan is so professional and explained all options very clearly. Neat and clean installation by Adam, he was very pleasant and efficient.

Great service from a freindly team. A family run business supplying quality products at competitive prices. I've been buying salt from Aquasoft for years and when my Harvey softener needed replacing after 19 years they gave me a far better service than Harvey's. Highly recommended for both salt and softeners.
