This is a very easy review to write. From start to finish Amy, Chris and the team have been brilliant. We didn’t know what colour sofa we wanted as we were moving house but Amy suggested we placed the order to get the leadtime we wanted. They totally bespoked the dimensions for us and went to the showroom to see the sofa and discuss fabrics later ( I live in Warwick but the showroom is Manchester and this is really worth doing. The delivery was exceptional with the team going above and beyond on this too. Thank you. Would thoroughly recommend

Wish we found this company first time around. We ordered a sofa from a huge retailer and sent it back as it wasnt what we expected. Ordered the cuddlemeister from Arabella Designs and wow its unreal. The communication/service, colours, materials, options for cushions and bespoke sizing its umatched for the price! You have to order your sofa with these guys, our sofa is better than we imagined and expected. Thank you Arabella Designs we’ll never stop recommending you!

Absolutely made up with our brand-new Cuddlemeister! 😍 It fits perfectly in our living room and has made such a difference — it’s so comfy and cosy!

Chris was absolutely brilliant when we visited the showroom. He was so helpful and took the time to talk us through everything, from the different styles and colours to making sure we chose exactly what was right for us.

We couldn’t be happier with our new sofa and would highly recommend Arabella Designs. Thank you so much! ❤️

Great little shop. Products are excellent. Will definately be recommending to my friends.

Chris is just the best. We have the most amazing sofa and such high quality. Very helpful and great customer service from start to finish. Have gone on to order lights and mattresses. Highly recommend!

Great guy, extremely helpful. Love their products. We bought a bed and will be back for a couch when ready.

We're so pleased with our sofa from Arabella Designs, it's gorgeous. The help we received throughout was next level.

We'd originally picked an insert that turned out not to be quite right for us once it arrived, but the support afterwards to get it properly comfy was brilliant, including home visits to check it was right. That level of care after the sale is rare and really shows they stand behind what they make.

Would recommend without hesitation!

From the initial visit to Chris to the finished product we were absolutely delighted. Dave & Michelle

The samples are great. However o tried to visit the show room but the parking around the mill was really busy and no clear sign of where to go. I drove round three times and then felt uncomfortable and left. The main sign in the front was the only indication it was there but the sign lacked directions on how to get into the mill and where you were located.

Really quickly delivered my samples

After renovating my entire home, the best investment I made in the whole process was my bed from Arabella designs. All it took was a quick call and before I knew it I had a personal tour of the place! All their furniture is beautiful, custom, and most importantly the highest quality furniture I’ve ever seen. Better than any big brand with inflated price tags - every detail is perfection. The customer service was second to none. I have been hunting for the perfect bed for YEARS and my dream has truly become reality. Can’t wait to purchase some new sofas from Arabella after such a beautiful experiance with my new bed. Run, don’t walk, these guys are truly the best. Family owned by wonderful people with the best products on the market. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much!!!

All I can say is wow! The quality that you get from these guys in comparison to other sofa companies like DFS is absolutely insane. They were able to make the sofa to the size I wanted and they were super knowledgeable and were able to advise me on what cushions to pick without needing to visit their showroom. I would definitely recommend. The guys that delivered it were also super nice and nothing was too much trouble.

I honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience with Arabella Designs from start to finish. I was so indecisive when it came to choosing the fabric for one of our sofas, but after sending Amy a few photos, she managed to find the perfect fabric for us.

Amy and Chris were both absolutely fantastic throughout the process. They were always ever so helpful and happy to answer any questions I had, making the whole experience feel so easy.

Our sofas have now arrived, and we absolutely love them. They look even better than we imagined and are incredibly comfortable.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Arabella Designs to anyone looking for beautiful, high-quality furniture. Thank you both so much for all your help!

Great service from both Chris and Amy. They were very patient with me while I decided on which style of sofa and which fabric to choose, talking me through all the options and the pro's and cons of each choice.
The sofa has now arrived and it's gorgeous and superb quality!
After driving myself mad at all the main sofa suppliers and confusing myself, I'm very glad I chose Arabella in the end, and am beyond pleased with my new corner sofa!

Excellent quality and service. The communication with Chris and Amy was prompt and honest. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. Quality of my sofa rivals the fancy Italian brands. So comfy and great quality to match.

Very quick service lovely samples very good quality and lovely colours

Great customer service. After receiving the samples I have received a follow up from the team who is ready to assist with any question I have. Feeling comfortable purchasing from this company once I make my final decision on the colour and material.

Amy is brilliant explained everything to me, and was so helpful.
Lovely company to deal with, so looking forward to receiving my beautiful Petal pink velvet sofa.

Reached out to Chris after we had issues with another company. Was quick to respond, so helpful and accommodating with a custom request. Item arrived in immaculate condition, with brilliant customer service on the day. Could not recommend Chris and the Arabella Design team more - will be using again, thank you so much!
