Arabella Designs Bewertungen

Reached out to Chris after we had issues with another company. Was quick to respond, so helpful and accommodating with a custom request. Item arrived in immaculate condition, with brilliant customer service on the day. Could not recommend Chris and the Arabella Design team more - will be using again, thank you so much!

Ordered samples and they arrived promptly

We had been looking for a new sofa for ages but just couldn’t find what we had in mind. One day Arabella came up on my instagram- thank goodness it did. We found our perfect sofa from a fabulous company. Chris & Amy were fantastic from the outset. Everything ran smoothly and the sofa was made to our specifications. As promised it was delivered on time and we absolutely love it. So much so we have just ordered two matching side tables.
💯 recommend this brilliant company

Quick delivery of beautiful samples and great customer service.

Great to talk to and figure out your purchase

Aside from the fact that our new bed is so beautiful I can’t stop looking at it… I was utterly floored at how Chris and his team went above and beyond to get it there. We live in a three storey house with an awkward twisty staircase and it was looking impossible to get it upstairs but they would not give up and took so much time to make sure we got our dream bed in place. We cannot thank them enough, we are over the moon at the service we received and the quality of the bed… 1000% recommend!

We’ve just received possibly one of the best sofas I’ve ever sat on in my life ! Not only is it the most comfortable it’s sooo beautiful the boucle in cocoon ) -it’s undeniably the best looking one I’ve ever seen -soft and cosy but supportive and strong- beautifully made and to our spec we’d also ordered with it the storage footstool to match ! A game
Changer just brilliant the whole sofa journey from start to finish exemplary service from the company owner’s- also overseen by them) every step of the way) couldn’t have been better don’t waste your time with any other company this is the one!!!! First class
THANKYOU so much Arabella designs xx

Samples were delivered in good time , excellent service

A brilliant sofa-buying experience from start to finish! Chris and the team were fantastic, so friendly, approachable and incredibly helpful. I really valued Chris’ expert advice on cushion choices, and he also worked with me to make sure the sofa would fit into my house, which made everything so easy and stress free. Delivery was smooth and I am absolutely thrilled with my sofa. The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and it is great value for money. Thank you, Chris and the team - I would happily recommend you to anyone!

I don’t really know where to start with this review as I’m not sure if my words will give it the justice it deserves. Chris and Amy were absolutely fantastic from the start. My indecisiveness was never a problem. The quality of the sofa has been everything that I could have hoped for and more for an amazing price too. Your knowledge and experience were second to none. A British made sofa designed to my specifications. Loved seeing the factory where it was being built. Thank you to you both for all your help throughout the process. I absolutely love my cloud. Now to choose my next sofa and bed…..

Very pleased with my bed.
Beautifully made and finished to a high standard.
Excellent communication and customer care from Chris. Who was quick to response and helped with sorting out delivery and managed it to my satisfaction.
Excellent service , highly recommend

Good firm service info materials and quality very high grade 👌 excellent

I found Arabella on an unsponsored post from an interior designer I follow on Instagram. I travelled to the showroom from the Northeast to meet Chris and the team and look at what was available after looking at every highsreet sofa company.

The range was exactly what I was looking for and I ordered 2 custom size sofas. The service was fantastic with measurements taken at my home from Chris as the building work was progressing to ensure everything would be the perfect fit. I added an 3rd sofa and customer made bed all of which has just been delivered and installed.

I never leave reviews but this was seriously the best service I have recieved from any company I have bought furniture from. 10/10 Highly recommend and I won't be going anywhere else in the future. To top it off Chris is a great guy and I wish Arabella every success as they deserve it.

Ordered a bespoke Poppy bed and from start to finish, dealing with Amy & Chris was an absolute pleasure. Any queries we had were dealt with in a professional and friendly manner and the finished bed is high quality and looks fantastic. Very happy customers and we would certainly recommend their business and products. We will be back for a sofa in the not too distant future.

Excellent service support prompt with replies and helpful

The sofa of our dreams. Thanks to Chris and his team! It was so worth the wait. Having never sat on a tester one we were nervous- but it’s just want we want- so cosy, comfy and deep. We now have a classy living room if I do say so myself !

Ordered our sofa online as we're not close to the showroom. Obviously a little nervous as we would like to see what we're buying first.
However taking confidence from the many positive reviews we went ahead and have not been disappointed.
Have spoken / corresponded with the team a few times and they have always been very friendly and helpful.
Recently taken delivery and the sofa is really well made and is a great feature in our room. Would certainly recommend.

Excellent service. Lovely colours and I am looking forward to to trying the sodas in the showroom.
