Great personal service from Chris and family.

Lovely big comfy sofa just how we wanted it.

Would highly recommend to anyone.

From the moment we met Chris and visited his showroom we knew that the bespoke sofa we wanted for our snug was doable, this was after visiting all the large sofa companies who couldn’t tick all our boxes.
The sale and process after placing the order was very smooth with Arabella Designs meeting the deadline thy gave us with no delays or problems throughout. We are absolutely delighted with our sofa and would highly recommend 10/10, thank you so much Chris & Amy

We had such a fantastic experience with Arabella Designs. The quality of both the product and the service from Chris and Amy was outstanding.
We couldn’t be happier with our sofa it’s beautifully made, and the fabric is absolutely stunning. With such a wide range of fabrics and the ability to customise every measurement, it’s easy for anyone to create their perfect sofa with Arabella Designs.
Chris is incredibly passionate about his work and truly goes above and beyond to ensure you’re happy with every detail. We highly recommend this company and look forward to returning in the future!

I was a bit apprehensive when I started chatting to Chris about what I would like in my sofa… it all seemed a little too good to be true. The communication was exceptional and within an hour of contact I had my design drawn out. Amy was quick to send out fabric samples and when I couldn’t decide sent more next day. I was still nervous having not actually seen a product but trusted the reviews and I honestly am so glad I did. Chris and Amy are so easy to talk to you and I really did have a few wobbles as have never experienced customer service so good (still thought to good to be true) however every question answered every concern met with a solution. I’m now sat one the warmest, cosiest sofa that fits beautifully in my room. It’s everything I wanted and more. Thank you so much. I will be recommending you to everyone and most definitely coming back for more!

Friendly, efficient service

Chris and Amy provided an excellent service helping me to come to the right decision on size and colour on my dream sofa.

Although not eveything went quite to plan they ensured that they resolved all issues in a professional & efficient manner. Their customer service really does stand out especially as a small business.

I couldn’t be am happier with my purchase and have already passed on their details to my colleagues and friends. Thank you guys :)

We had a fantastic experience with Chris from our first enquiry. Our sofa is brilliant and made to such a high standard - would definitely recommend this great business.

Super helpful. Really listened to our ideas. Looking forward to our new sofas

can’t wait to order my three-piece from use

Having been looking for a sofa for many months I chanced upon Arabella Designs advert on Facebook. It was a "Eureka" moment as at last a company that was UK based with the exact design of sofa i had in my minds eye. The choice of quality bespoke size and luxurious materials did not disappoint. After requesting several samples which arrived quickly I decided on the large cloud sofa in Vintage blue . Chris the Director of the company kept In contact via email answering my queries at all times . Both late in the evening and the early mornings including the weekend. Incredible service. I am now excitedly waiting for delivery of my chosen sofa to be delivered at some point in the next 8 weeks . I shall update once delivered. UPDATE .
I have received my sofa, there was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery chap which was quickly remedied by emailing chris ( the Director) directly.
He resolved the issue immediately. I couldn't be happier with my sofa and the after sales . I whole heartedly reccomend Arabella designs so much so that I shall be a return customer for a sofa bed to match my sofa . The quality is second to none as is the after sales support .

What a team . Thank you Chris . An amazing experience from our first phone call to receiving our magnificent sofa . Delivery on time . Couldn’t be happier . Steve & Andy

I received my Cloud sofa today. It looks and feels amazing and the customer service was incredible through the entire process from first expressing my interest and ordering my free fabric samples all the way up to it being hand delivered by Chris himself. I will definitely be ordering from Arabella designs again in the future. Thank you for a smooth and stress free experience.

Amazing service, Amy was just brilliant, talked on the phone for ages and in detail about the sofa we liked, Chris popped over to see us on his way back from London, which was great as we live far away from their workshop and we ideally wanted to see the sofa before ordering. Chris was a dream to deal with, lovely chap, over all I think they are just fantastic, I love supporting independents, they both were just lovely, excited to receive my sofa!!!!!!!!

I received my sofas today and I love them. The service from start to finish was amazing. Chris is great to deal with and nothing was a problem. I highly recommend Arabella Designs to anyone looking for a luxury sofa.

Excellent experience from beginning to end and an amazing sofa as the outcome!
We have been in communication with Chris about a new sofa for a year now and he has been so kind, patient and helpful with advice all the way through.
His advice has been second to none- the time he has taken to explain and work with us to construct our dream sofa has been excellent.
He has kept us updated with the building process from ordering to delivery (and even came for the delivery to make sure we were happy!). He was able to customize elements of the sofa for us, to enable it to perfectly fit in the space we required.
The quality is superb - the sofa is exactly how I had planned in my mind, the materials used are top quality and you can tell the difference in the build from the normal high street stores- far more superior.
We cannot rate Chris and his team highly enough and will recommend him to everyone. We will definitely be using him for future purchases. Thank you again!

We’ve just bought three custom-made sofas and a footrest with a quartz top, and I honestly can’t rate Chris and his business highly enough – they’re absolutely fantastic.

From the very beginning, nothing was too much trouble. The choice of fabrics was excellent, and Chris made the whole process simple and stress-free. It was reassuring to see examples of his sofas in the workshop, but in truth, I wouldn’t hesitate to order again without even needing to sit on them first – the quality speaks for itself.

Delivery was seamless, communication was spot on throughout, and the end result has far exceeded our expectations. It’s been such a pleasure supporting a local family business rather than a big high-street chain – the quality, the ability to customise, and the level of service are all on another level.

Wishing Chris and his family every success as they continue to grow this brilliant business.

From start to finish the service is fantastic!

All staff are amazing, informative and friendly. They all went above and beyond to make our dream sofa at a reasonable price! The upmost care was taken to ensure it was exactly as we requested and we were kept informed of the stages throughout.

If your thinking of using this company do not hesitate, they made what has been a rather stressful time, a lot less stressful!

The whole experience has been the quality that we've been looking for. Chris was brilliant with our search for a fabric and a specific made to measure sofa. Communication from Chris was second to none throughout. The final product which we've taken delivery on today is just beautiful. Thank you. We'll be back.

I received my sofa samples yesterday so much choice to go threw and the colour are so lovely I have not made my mind up what colours I am looking for but it’s give me some idea and the sofa look so lovely so comfortable so I just need to decide now

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give 10 stars, I would!)

Arabella Designs didn’t just build us a sofa — they brought a vision to life. From the very first conversation, they embraced my ideas with genuine enthusiasm and elevated them with their own expertise and experience. The result? A piece that feels like it was plucked straight from my imagination and placed perfectly in our home.

Their service was flawless from start to finish: honest, helpful, and full of integrity. They delivered exactly as promised — on plan, on schedule, and on budget — with no compromises on quality. The craftsmanship is second to none, and the personal delivery and installation made the experience feel even more special.

I rarely write reviews because my standards are extremely high, but Arabella Designs absolutely knocked it out of the park. They’ve earned our trust, and they’ll be our go-to team for every future dream we want to turn into reality.

Awesome 🤩 is all I can say.
