Arrabella, made our bespoke settee its perfect, fits room great, well made, comfortable and super size very pleased.

Chris is absolutely brilliant, obviously knows his sofas and nothing is a problem.
(I changed my mind regarding the fabric and the size of the sofa I want)
Looking forward to receiving my sofa in a few weeks, which if the customer service is anything to go go should be fabulous.

Great service from start to finish.

I came to Chris with some ideas on what was looking for as nothing on the market that suited, so Chris designed a chaise sofa and armchair based on my needs, producing a bespoke size design from one of the sofa ranges.
All material swatches were delivered in a couple days for review.

The sofa quality is second to none - absolutely superb.

Delivery was made only last week - very happy.

Chris is always quick to respond with any queries and always available on the phone.

Would highly recommend.

I ordered the medium Cloud Bespoke Sofa in chocolate brown Boutique Velvet and it’s definitely the best furniture decision I’ve ever made! Chris was so helpful, and answered all my questions and queries promptly, even out of hours. The sofa is gorgeous; the velvet fabric feels amazing and the deep soft cushions are perfect for curling up in on lazy afternoons with a friend (or four, as it’s so big!) I’ve recommended this company to a few people already; I think lots more will be interested once they come round and sit on it too!

I have now bought 4 sofas from Arabella Designs and Chris (the founder) has gone above and beyond every time. The quality is amazing, design and fabric quality superb and service is excellent. The best value for money sofas on the market… and I know as I did a huge amount of research before I bought my first sofa from him. My last purchase was a bespoke design and less than half the price of the one I’d seen elsewhere which is very similar. Nothing is too much.

Chris was fantastic to deal with right from the off. His assistance in sizing, designs and choice of fabrics was extremely helpful. All of my questions and requests were promptly dealt with in a friendly professional manner. I am very happy with the sofa and would certainly purchase again in the future . 5 Stars. Would certainly recommend.

Fantastic customer service from start to finish and the end product is absolutely everything I wanted and more. I searched for over 2 years for a sofa that fitted my requirements and none of the "high street" or online retailers had anything that was the right size/configuration - I initially thought that having a sofa "made to measure" would be miles out of our budget (having looked at one or two online places offering bespoke sofas the prices were extortionate!) luckily I came across Arabella and Chris advised me he could make the exact sofa I wanted in the exact size and configuration I wanted and when he came back with the price it was extremely competitive for the service and quality provided! He was really friendly and very helpful when I couldn't choose a fabric - he always replied quickly and was happy to answer any questions. My sofa was delivered yesterday and I am absolutely over the moon - great quality and looks exactly how I wanted! I was a bit worried it was too good to be true but now it's here I couldn't be happier and would recommend Chris and his company to anyone looking for a competively priced bespoke service, wish I had found them when replacing my living room sofas last year!

Chris clearly knows all there is to know about sofas! Really impressed with his knowledge and advice. I managed to choose a sofa and colour with his advices and without needing to visit his showroom. Great communication and quick delivery in comparison to over sofa companies.

The sofa itself is so comfortable and just what I hoped for. Really pleased with the whole experience from start to finish.

If you are considering using Arabella Designs, don’t hesitate!

We recieved our sofas today and they exceeded all expectations. Extremely happy! The colour, fabric, design and quality are absolutely stunning with no corners cut! From start to finish the process was easy, friendly and efficient. Chris kept us updated from point of purchase, all the way through to delivery.
Chris went above and beyond to ensure we had our sofas delivered on time.
Would highly recommend this company to everybody!! Excellent!!!

From the very beginning of my journey with Chris at Arabella, I have been met with exemplary customer service.

When my sofa arrived, I was blown away by the quality. It was exceptional.

I also feel reassured that the customer service does not end here and should I need anything in the future, then Chris will be on hand.

When I come to replace the sofa in my Summer Room, I will be heading straight to Arabella.

We cannot praise Chris and his team of skilled craftsmen enough, from meeting at the start of the process he has been professional, knowledgeable and always available for any questions we had, not sure if our measurements were correct, Chris also did a home visit and changed the size to fit our room better
We now have a beautiful sofa of outstanding quality and design and couldn’t be happier with the end product, just wondering what else I could order!

I have not yet placed my order but so far the communication and service from this company has been wonderful!
When I am ready to order I shall do so with confidence and great excitement 😊

After searching for some time for the right sofa, we came across Arabella Designs and instantly loved the styles they offer. We went to the warehouse and Chris showed us lots of options and colours, then offered a custom-made option to fit our space perfectly. Just what we wanted. Thank you!

Our experience with Chris has been exceptional....very professional.. he answered my questions no matter what time of day or night.. he is very knowledgeable in his job and advices accordingly.. very happy with our sofa and fixed seating and would not hesitate to recommend Chris to anybody...he also kept hold of our sofas for us until our house renovation was nearer completion...6 months...he goes above and beyond to help.. Thank you Chris for all your hard work...much appreciated!!

Brilliant service from Chris at Arabella Designs… from start to finish the service has been fantastic. Help with design, sending samples, detailed knowledge of the mechanics of building the sofa and explaining how the team test the quality.

Thanks for your patience and storing the sofa whilst the build was delayed I really appreciate it!

The quality of the craftsmanship is phenomenal - the best sofa we’ve ever had - we will 100% come to you again and recommend you to anyone wanting a statement piece!

Chris the director called me after I made an enquiry on line.
He didn’t have what I wanted as standard but said if I sent images of what I wanted etc he could bespoke a sofa to facilitate my requirements.
I was a bit sceptical but when the sofa arrived my wife and I were both blown away. Great sofa reasonable price and it’s extremely well made and very comfortable.
