Love the scent. Delivery was quick. Well packaged and appreciated my free sample.

Ordered my fragrance on 26 December (as they had a great Boxing Day offer), shipping was free, and my parcel arrived on 28 December.

The fragrance presentation alone would provide safe transport (it's lovely and sturdy), and the box it was posted in was filled with polystyrene balls.

I can't comment on any other aspects of the customer service as the transaction went perfectly.

Oh, and the fragrance (Arabian Knight Silver) is lovely!

Had een parfum bestel maar werd al heel snel gebeld. Om me te vertellen dat er een fout was gemaakt in hun systeem. Hij was namelijk niet op voorraad. Maar ze boden me aan om een andere parfum te geven die nog duurder was voor de zelfde prijs. Vond het heel netjes en fijne ervaring zeker aanrader vooral hoe snel ze het oppakken en afhandelen!

The best way to improve is , customer can collect product from Pick Up point ! Because sometimes you can not be always at home.

Very poor communication, perfume leaked in the package was suppose to be a Christmas gift for a close family member

I bought Mukhallat Al Tamayoz 12ml, absolutely love this scent, I first purchased it in Makkah so knew what I was getting.
The service I received from Arabian Oud was great and will definitely be purchasing from them again.
