Throughout the process he was very professional, helpful, and made sure to communicate very well. His work resulted in us being able to negotiate 10k off our purchase price, which has made a huge difference.

I booked a snagging survey and the results are not up to the expectations.
There were a few things that I could see such as water damage to the kitchen cabinets and utility area, which were not reported at all. Whats the point of bringing a professional in when such things are not spotted.
Not worth the cost for snagging !!
