Appalling customer service. My order took over a month to receive and my messages were ignored on two occasions. Won’t be purchasing from this seller again. A very important part of shopping is customer service which is lacking with this shop.

I had ordered on November 5th . And have mailed them many times about the status of delivery as it has crossed a month of time. Till now there is no response from them . Worst experience ever had in online shopping ever . I'm not sure even if they have time to check mails or not .
