They promote an incredible number of discounts that arouse suspicion. If you indicate an interest in a painting, you are deluged with a litany of discounts, followed by "additional" and "extra" offers of even more discounts -- none of which are available when you inquire. There are no disclaimers nor qualifications nor explanations published on the website. I have received more than three dozen offers of double-digit discounts, providing that I act now. It's an expert presentation with impressive visuals and almost convincing copy. But upon careful inspection, I believe there are clues to its fraud. Most of these same paintings are available through multiple websites, which seem to be related. The prices and discounts are essentially similar. Even though artexplore.net is aware of the selection I've been considering for purchase (because they're in my website shopping bag), they continue to send me daily multiple offers of "additional" and "extra" discounts. But when I inquire about these daily solicitations, they say that I'm not eligible. So why continue to make these incessant offers with headlines that urge me to buy right now, today, "you can do it"? That's misleading and certainly doesn't instil my trust in whatever they say. It's demeaning to the customer, and plainly no way to do business. End of story.

I ordered one 36" x 48" piece without a frame, and then a couple of days later decided to order an accompanying piece and changed my mind with the color of the frames twice, over the course of several days. The company was responsive (take into consideration that there is a 12 hour time difference between China and the US), and they were responsive and were able to keep track of the changes that I made (which were several). I also asked them at the last minute to have the Artist (June) sign the front of the canvases. Although apprehensive in the beginning on ordering these two pieces from them, they arrived perfect and absolutely lovely. I paid $1700 for original art that would have cost me four times that. I highly recommend and would not hesitate to purchase from them again.
