Their handmade paintings are just breathtaking. I left feeling inspired, and I can't wait to come back and add to my collection!

I have recently purchased a large piece from them that arrived with a long indented line across the front of the textured artwork in the front and although I provided pictures to show the issue , nothing so far has happened to make it right. It is a rather expensive purchase and although the packaging protected the frame and its corners , no protection was used for the canvas portion but a plastic film.

I recently purchased from Art Explorer. I don’t feel like the painting looked much like the one on the website, it looked very amateur and used with old paint. I reached out, but never heard back. I couldn’t recommend them based on my experience

I love this new addition to my home! It is by far my favorite piece. I didn't realize how blank this space was until this picture was hung today. It is so beautiful.

You wouldn't believe how much money we spent on something we couldn't possibly buy! But when we received the three paintings we immediately realized that artexplore is a professional and well-served art gallery! Three paintings cost less than 1500 dollars and were handmade!

We were able to hang the artwork directly on our wall, it looked perfect, and we got a 30% discount, I guess we can use this discount to buy more artwork next because we are busy decorating our new home!

I bought some art paintings for my wife as a gift for our 20th anniversary. We hung the paintings in the living room and on the fireplace. They were so beautiful that my family was very happy. Thanks to the artists for bringing such beautiful works! We will buy artexplore again because they are a trusted art gallery!

I ordered a painting in December 2023 and was sent a photo of poor workmanship. My order was canceled and ArtExplore has refused to refund me of more than $1,400
This website is a scam

The item arrived different to what was advertised- colour scheme not matching. Advertising as shipping from the US with free returns. Now they’re expecting to cover return and customs fees for a shipment to China. Lack of support and bad communication- avoid at all cost!
