Ordered an item order number 10147 in March Amazonia living wall cost £ 55.00 and 12.95 delivery took 2 weeks to come and the leaves were all bent and overall poor quality so decided to send back and followed instructions on website to return and paid £6.99 to send back 2nd class.

2 weeks later still no refund so called the company and came across very poor customer service, basically saying nothing had came in and more or less questioned if i had even really sent it back even though had proof of sending through Royal mail.

Advised i would raise a claim through paypal and was told i was being fraudulent by doing this which is nonsense.

Very poor customer Service and am now £74.94 out of pocket and paypal advised i could not claim as no photos were taken of the damaged goods.

At no point on returning the item was i asked to take photos.

Avoid this company at all cost very disappointed

Ordered £468.00 worth of slatted cladding and trim. Unfortunately one piece was badly damaged. Sent email with image of damaged slatt and two days later a replacement was delivered. Very good customer relations.

** 29/2 ** Updated - I have a phone conversation with Daniel yesterday, he was nice and appreciated for his arrangement. He advised with his professional suggestion of my order, and hope to receive my wood panel today.

We placed the order on 21st Feb and choose a express with 3 business day delivery. However, didn't receive any tracking information from them.
on 26 Feb - sending email for checking status but no response.
on 27 Feb - resending email and call them to follow up but still no response.
on 28 Feb - someone to pick up the call finally and asked me to hold a sec for checking, but the line was cut finally. Then i call back again but no answer reply.

Rang the support line and spoke to Daniel who was polite, knowledgeable and helpful.

I was looking to purchase three, 3 metre length of acoustic wall panelling which Artificial Living offer in addition to the standard 2.4 metre length. I rang to check if the veneer was wrapped on all three sides because a lot of companies only sell it on one and isn’t as nice looking. Artificial Living confirmed they were on three sides and also offer an end trim (this wasn’t in stock at the time of the call).

Delivery is free. Some of the other retailers charge a small amount.

I was able to place the order over the phone which took a few mins. Ordered late Monday, normally delivery is 3 business days. In my case the two boxes arrived Saturday morning. One of the box corners was a little damaged, you could see the acoustic backing was damaged slightly. It was fortunate that I didn’t need the full length.

One thing that would be great, is if Artificial Living had a set of instructions on how to install each product, maybe a video showing the adhesive or batten method. It’s super easy to install but you can check the internet.

Glad to have stumbled across this company and can see me making some future purchases. Value for money, first class product from a newish business.

I used the acoustic wall panels to pair with slatted wood kitchen cabinets. They really suit the room and are a far more effective and affordable way to achieve the look. Fast delivery and great customer service!

I ordered walnut panels in the black Friday sale. I heard nothing and so chased the company via email. I had a reply almost instantly that they had sent me an email on the 30th November, which they pasted a "copy" of the email sent. I checked my inbox, spam and deleted and had not received anything. Within the copy email, they state that they were unable to process the order due to stock issues. I was given the option to chose an alternative colour, wait for more stock or refund. Due to concerns about the company following the email that they claimed they'd sent, I requested a refund. I've sent 3 further emails and heard nothing. I will be making a claim via my bank now. Very poor customer service

Bumpy start but really happy with the outcome. We originally order the Walnut panels but they sold out due to a stock error. We were offered 3 options but decided to change the colour and go ahead with the order. We went with the smoked oak and are really happy with them. They look amazing on our media wall… Would defo recommend!!

Fantastic product, very well packaged and delivered on time when we ordered in September. All the builders who've worked on our garden room love the acoustic wood panels and want to replicate our design on their future projects. We like the wood panels so much, that we are going to make a feature wall in the kitchen to finish off our recent project. Spoke to customer service today to order one more panel, but sadly out of stock due to so many Black Friday orders. I am definitely prepared to wait until January for new stock as the product is brilliant.
