Very impressive service
I was very impressed with the level of service provided. While I didn't actually buy anything in the end - I ordered the wrong appliance and had to cancel the order!! They were extremely helpful and when I placed my order offered even a same day delivery for me and when that was not possible for me a next day one. When I discovered my mistake they cancelled the order straight away. A very friendly service. I would certainly use them again.

Excellent service, delivery and installation at a time when major retailers were giving a delivery time in excess of 6 weeks. Ashcott appliances managed to deliver and install in 3 days!

I would definitely look here for future appliances as a first choice. Excellent service. I had a question about my appliance after ordering which was answered straight away. The delivery slot was available the next day and the appliance was brought in and the old one removed quickly and hassle free.
Really happy with the appliance, the service I received, and importantly I didn’t pay any more than I would have from a big supplier.
