Efficient service, ordered online, click and collect the following day. Very happy with the washing machine

I don't write reviews, as I can rarely be bothered. However, when I spoke with Mike (on his day off) I found the whole experience easy to navigate. The appliance we wanted wasn't available for fast collection elsewhere, the website was easy to search, easy to order, and we made easy arrangements to collect when convenient, couldn't be easier. Great price and service.

As my washing machine broke I needed replacement and with 5yo and teenager I needed it fast. Not only ashcott web pages was easy to navigate and choosing washing machine fitting my requirements quite straightforward, they also were the only ones who promised to deliver within three days.
So excellent price and service as well as fast delivery dates.
The only reason why I didn’t give five stars is that there was no update or email when I should expect the delivery so I had to call them. Would prefer to be sent email confirmation of delivery dates, and possibly choice, I was lucky my sister was available to be in on the day of delivery.
On the other hand was happy with them and most certainly will use them again.

Our old fridge of 20 years suddenly died, so I went online to your website as I’ve had appliances from you before… I found a replacement fridge on your site ordered it and it was delivered the same day… what good be better than that… !!!
Oh and they removed my old fridge as well… We are very pleased with the new fridge so far and even better we have seen the same fridge online at Amazon massively dearer than than what we paid…
We will definitely visit Ashcottappliances before looking elsewhere in the future

This was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Really friendly family run business. A great price for a perfect washing machine. It was classed as Graded, but I really can't tell you anything negative about this, it was packaged in original manufacturing packaging, no marks anywhere whatsoever. The only thing I could honestly guess at was the fact the washing machine handbook was photo copied rather than original, but absolutely everything was included. So about £80 off any other store or online price for a first class washing machine and service. Thank you very much Michael, you truly went above and beyond to deliver a fantastic service.
