Ordered Bollywood dress for family functions, Lengha was well stitched as required size and was comfortable to wear with material used, Embroidered zari and stone work makes lengha look gorgeous.

I ordered a dress for my wife but it was the wrong colour, Asian Couture were happy to process my refund with no issues, with great communication via their dedicated Whatsapp support.

After looking at various sites and the dresses I want, always seemed to be sold out, I found Asian Couture and they have a huge range of dresses, I managed to find the perfect Kurtis and have it delivered within 2 days, just in time for my sister’s Mendhi.

I ordered a suit for my auntys wedding, trusting the design would be as shown, and the colour may differ slightly as they do sometimes. However, I was so disheartened to see I paid the price I did to basically get a normal salwaar kameez suit with prints all over it. It was meant to be an eye catching halter neck suit with eye catching print. I wish I could post a picture just to show how different it is, it is just a long sleeve top with trousers. Now I'm stuck with it until they reply as you have to request a form for returns!!! Now just sat waiting thinking will they even reply, as we all know what some websites are like!!! Annoyed annoyed annoyed. Need to find a back up wedding suit :/ don't use asiancouture.co.uk if you want the item displayed in the picture.

After ordering 2 suits readymade stitched they arrived over 10 days after ordering 10 working days. They arrived stitching was disgusting worst iv ever seen and iv had learners do my suits before. Material pulled off on front. I sent my suits back recorded delivery even though i have proof they arrived they stating they aint recieved my suits therefore i cant have a refund so im £94 quid out of pocket iv rang ans got through once the woman was immature and disgusting to talk to. Iv emailed continously and had 3 replys over the last 4 weeks. Wouldnt advise anybody to shop with them a bunch of scammers who should be ashamed of themselves and their lack of customer service.

Placed an order for next day delivery, nothing came for four days, i finally managed to get through to someone and was told it was out of stock it will come in 2 days. Nothing for another 3 days then it finally came and they sent the wrong colour. After ringing for so many days i finally got hold of a manager who was the most ignorant person ever, she was a rude woman who kept saying i can return it she has hundreds of customers who are willing to buy it. Wasnt accepting the fact that their company is utter crap and their service is the poorest, not even worth one star, my first and last experience with this rubbish company

I ordered dresses a week before my sister wedding and asked for them to be stitched. The turn around time was really fast and the dresses were lovely. Highly recommend them for their quick and prompt service. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Asian couture. ...are a company you definitely should avoid! I am updating my review as a response to the reply I received. I ordered a fully stitched suit. And received a dress that was not stitched properly!
I tried calling and leaving messages. ..I have heard nothing concrete in response to a refund!!
I cannot believe the reply from this company. ..not just a terrible service but liers aswell.

This is the first time I've purchased from Asian Couture and therefore I was a bit worried with the final products. After purchasing from them, I received my products within a couple days and was amazed by how the final products were.. The items all looked stunning, which I did not expect. I would recommend this website to all my friends and family.
