I ordered a suit, no delivery update. After 10 days of waiting I called to be told item is out of stock and they have an alternative colour which I agreed to. Item arrived damaged with a big hole in it, since then I have called left messages and have been ignored. Fraudsters.

Great experience buying kurta for my little boys.

I ordered a dress on 11th of June for a wedding on 28th of July. Never received my order. Sent emails and texts but nothing. Appalling service and I would not recommend this company to anyone. Don't buy from them you will be very disappointed.

What can I say….ordered an outfit and paid £40 on top for five day tailoring. It arrived in time, which is the only thing they got right! It looked only vaguely like the suit I ordered, the top had marks on it, the material had a pull on it. The shoulder and bust area was tight, the waist area was all loose. It fitted badly, looked dirty and I was very let down. I managed to WhatsApp them with my grievances and photos as evidence. The response was - the pulling bit I can iron it down, and the dirty bits are probably glue marks from the stones. Suggestion was to wash it. I don’t spend good money to buy something new then get told to wash it straightaway. I can half appreciate they wont take it back because it’s custom stitched(apparently), so I suggested the least they could do was refund £40 for the stitching, which was shoddy. But they refused saying it’s been stitched correctly and it’s written in their terms and conditions that they may get glue on their clothes. No apologies or responsibility. To be honest the outfit wasn’t even made with the same material as shown on website. I don’t see why I can’t return it, may be custom made but there’s a raft of material inside for adjustments. These people get away with this s##t show, so I’d advise not to buy from there. The whole point of online buying is for customer convenience so the onus is for the company to show the item as it really looks, not to take the money and send a cheapo version!

Frauds!

They do not respond! Purchased an outfit back in April I still have not received it.
I contacted them via WhatsApp, email and Instagram they Will ignore you.
Do not buy from them!!!

I have purchased numerous times from AsianCouture. There outfits are extremely affordable and yet they do not compromise on quality. I purchased a semi stitched outfit that was stiched by the tailor. I was slightly hesitant as I had not purchased a semi stitched outfit before. I was amazed at how the outfit turned out, it was absolutely stunning!! I would have never thought it was semi stitched outfit. A bonus is that you can have it made to your size and have it altered if your weight fluctuates or if you want to share with sibling. I wore the outfit at a wedding recently to which I received numerous compliments. Many friends and family thought I had spent hundreds on my outfit. I would definitely recommend purchasing from here.

I placed an order which should have been delivered on Tuesday the latest. It didn’t arrive. The contact number on their website is disconnected, you cannot make a call to it. Absolutely awful company!

The worse company I have ever dealt with. No communication, outfit was absolutely horrible, nothing like the picture. Pictures of outfit misleading & nothing like shown. Very poor quality & shading in fabric varied. Outfit looked nothing like the picture. I will never order again from this company again. A wasted of my hard earned money.

Received mens sherwani outfit for waleema.
Arrived on time, was a really good fit love the work on collar and overall design.
I would recommend them and definitely buy from them again.

Appalling service! No response to messages left on phone or WhatsApp or feedback regarding delivery! Says 5-7 day delivery and it's already 10 days and no sign of a delivery or that they're even real???!!! Don't make the mistake of ordering from them, you'll only be disappointed!

I ordered outfit 2 months ago. Was concerned with delivery times. Messaged and did get response. Delivery was arranged to my convenience. Item ordered was in perfect condition. I had no issues and very pleased. I will order again and hope will continue to get same level of service.

Scammers. No morals, no ethics, no standards, no customer service and no shame - just money hungry thieves - they put up fake pic, lie about availability - they will do anything to get your money which they refuse to return once they've got it. This company doesn't even deserve 1 star

I ordered 2 suits - 1 was nothing like the pic they advertised- not even close to passed off as the same. It was a cheap £10 ready made suit which they charged me £24 + £30 stitching for!

The second suit I ordered a large size and they sent me an XXL, this was advertised as a readymade suit but she tried to claim she can't return it because they altered it for me - I did not ask for it to be altered - I asked for my size which they advertised as available when they took my money. This was also a £20-30 max suit which they charged me £52 for.

They then refer you to their ridiculous terms and conditions, which basically say even though they've sent you rubbish you didn't order, they will cut money from your refund because they feel like it and there are a series of hoops you have to jump through to get your refund - even though they don't stick to or follow through anything they say. The T&Cs are so ridiculous they are too embarrassed to repeat them back to you instead keep telling you to go and read them.

You have to return your product recorded delivery within a timeframe, which I have done - I have proof they received it - but still no refund - they are still fobbing me off. They use Covid as an excuse to delay and get out of things.

Worst service ever, I have been chasing my refund since June and have emailed them several times. Yet no response, each time they say we will get back to you and no one does . Even the customer service number just say we don’t deal with refunds just email. I am getting no where with them.
