Not helpful at all
Not helpful at all. I only used Tili to set up my electricity and gas with OVO, and received an email a week before explicitly confirming that my setup was complete. However, when I called customer service the day before moving in, I was told it was actually never settled due to 'incomplete details'—something Tili never bothered to notify me about. Completely unreliable when planning move-in logistics.

What an amazing service - all in one place. Saved me hours tediously contacting utility companies, and council individually, not to mention the amount of time you're put on hold or transferred to other departments.

Had an amazing call with a lovely woman…
Had an amazing call with a lovely woman from Tili, guided me through all of the home switch over information, but most importantly didnt make the call boring. Customer service at its finest and I would be a loyal user of their service for many years to come if this is the expected level of service when calling them up. Id reccomend 100 percent, just hope you get this amazing woman I talked to 😆
