Just wasn't helpful for me
Just wasn't helpful for me, it's like if you used money supermarket except you only get choice of one company. I thought I had to use this service on moving in and it's the only reason I did, now I'm on a poor energy tariff & they didn't sort out any other bill, so it's not really even a moving transition. I wouldn't recommend using this at all, this is a borderline scam.

Great experience
The whole experience was great, the room was beautiful and clean. Loved the vibes and the guy at reception was fantastic and friendly. Thank you for the big bottle of water and for the coffee!

Constant harassment
Constant harassing texts, emails and calls to setup services with their preferred partners when like a normal adult I went online and did it myself for a lot cheaper.

Terrible service
Terrible service. I ended up having to set up my own energy suppliers and council tax, water and wifi ect as your team kept given my wrong address so none of the accounts they set up were valid. I rang back for 15 days trying to work with your team who still failed to help so I cancelled the lot and had to start again. My gas and eletric even got cut off and I now have a direct debit of £108 I have to pay for the account till set up which was incorrect and have to wait up to 14days for the refund. Not impressed, very stressful experience wouldn't recommend tili to anyone. 0/10.
